How does Cobra’s most forgiving driver perform? Find out in our Cobra LTDx Max driver review.

NCG SUMMARY
Cobra’s maximum forgiveness driver sounds and feels a lot different to other drivers out in the market this year. Its largely carbon head feels solid across the entire face and produces shots that consistently get in play.
The hot ball speeds, draw bias and high launch make this a brilliant all-rounder for players who want that premium performance but also need a little bit of help getting the ball in the fairway more regularly.
PROS
- Long
- Very forgiving
- Adjustable weights allow you to set the club up with an even stronger draw bias
CONS
- Although the centre strikes sounded amazing, the off-centre hits didn’t sound great
Cobra LTDx Max driver review: First Impressions
The Cobra LTDx Max driver looks the business. Its carbon matte finish crown is subtle but accented with loud orange that really stands out. The graphics on the sole look great, and the adjustable weights contrast nicely with the head; when you stand on the tee with this club, all your playing partners gravitate towards it and want to have a look.
