Sam Burns has become a seasoned PGA Tour star in the last couple of years, winning five times since 2021 and becoming an established figure.

The American impressively won the 2023 WGC Dell Match Play which helped to earn him his Ryder Cup debut at Marco Simone in the same year.

Burns won for the first time on the PGA Tour four years ago at the Valspar Championship – a tournament which he won again in 2022.

Having become a regular feature in the top 20 of the world rankings, Burns is no longer a stranger at the top of PGA Tour leaderboards.

Heading into the Masters 2026 second round he is joint leader after shooting 5 under – so, lets see what are his choice of clubs as he heads into the remaining rounds and his quest for the green jacket…

A look inside Sam Burns’ bag

At the top of the bag he opts for the new Callaway Quantum Triple Diamond S driver and 3 wood.

He sticks with the Callaway Apex UW hybrid but sometimes chooses the Callaway Apex UT (3) – for Augusta National he is playing the UW.

He then moves into a full set of Callaway Apex MB irons, from a 4-iron to a pitching wedge. Burns has three Titleist Vokey Design SM11 wedges in his bag.

His putter of choice is an Odyssey Ai-One #7 putter and his the ball he currently has in play is a Callaway Chrome Tour X ball.

He has also made a switch with his apparel and shoes. He now wears Peter Millar clothing and Payntr golf shoes.
