We all know that nothing feels like a Mizuno when it comes to irons, but what about their golf clothes?

Mizuno’s reputation in golf has long been built on its iconic irons, historically trusted by the likes of Sir Nick Faldo, Sandy Lyle, Tiger Woods and Brooks Koepka. But while the brand’s clubs continue to set the standard, its spring and summer 2026 apparel range shows Mizuno is just as committed to performance beyond the bag.

So, what are the standout pieces for this summer?

We’ve taken a closer look at the best of their line-up – the items that bring together plenty of performance and effortless style for the months ahead…

Mizuno Rib Knitted Short Sleeve Polo Shirt

4 star review

The Mizuno Rib Knitted Short Sleeve Polo Shirt is a stylish and great option to consider for your golf clothing this year. It is available in three different colourways, all with clean Mizuno branding on the left chest.

A standout feature is the subtle ribbed detailing, which elevates the overall look and gives the polo a more premium, contemporary feeling. It is certainly wearable off the course but wouldn’t be something I would wear casually just because of the performance fabric it is built with.

The fabric is soft, but very flexible. It offers a comfortable feel and isn’t tight across your body throughout the full golf swing making it ideal for a day out on the golf course.

Overall, this is a great option for your polo collection this season, smart, comfortable and looks great.

PROS

  • Soft feeling
  • Looks smart
  • Plenty of colour options

CONS

  • Although it is a little versatile, the performance fabrics prevent it being worn in any social setting

RRP: £44.00

Mizuno Elevated Warm Quarter Zip

The Elevated Warm Quarter Zip is part of Mizuno’s 2026 apparel release. It is available in four different colourways, all of which are smart and wearable both on and off the golf course. The design of the garment is really clean, subtle Mizuno branding spots on the neck and arm, plus clean colour panel variations.

The fabric is soft to wear, and offers a comfortable stretch allowing for a full range of motion throughout your swing. The material is thick making it a great option for cooler days, or a quality layering piece throughout winter golf.

Overall, this is a great option for your golfing wardrobe this year, looks smart on and off the course and is extremely comfortable. It will definitely be getting plenty of use from me both on the golf course and day to day wear.

PROS

  • Incredibly comfortable
  • Built to be golfed in thanks to the stretchy material
  • Useable all-year round

CONS

  • None

RRP: £56.00

Sizes:  S-XXL

Colours: Elm, Sailor Blue, Surf the Web

Mizuno G-Style Long Sleeve Hoodie 2.0

5 star review

A versatile, modern layer that offers on-course performance with everyday comfort.  It is designed with a clean, minimalist look, with subtle branding an clean colour panelling throughout the different options available.

It is a more relaxed alternative to golf layering with it being a hooded outer garment but it still looks really smart. It is built with breathable, stretch fabric allowing for complete freedom of movement throughout the swing and the clean design makes it very wearable off the golf course as well.

I really like this piece in the lineup, very comfortable, easily worn and a great option for both on and off the golf course.

PROS

  • The gym and the golf course, I’ll be wearing for both
  • Relaxed look
  • Comfy

CONS

  • None

RRP: £60.00

Sizes:  S-XXL

Colours: Estate Blue, Lava Smoke, Sailor Blue

Mizuno Motion Water-repellent Light Jacket

The Mizuno Motion Water-repellent Light Jacket is an excellent outer layer for golfers who need reliable protection without added bulk. Admittedly I have barely worn anything else since receiving it, definitely my favourite item of the 2026 apparel released.

It’s a modern clean look suitable for wearing both on and off the golf course, easily layerable and packs well into your golf bag. It is available in two colourways both of which with subtle branding on the neck and left chest.

What stands out most is its lightweight construction, which makes it easy to wear over a polo without restricting movement. The stretch fabric and streamlined fit allow for a full, unrestricted swing, while the full-zip design adds practical versatility for changing temperatures.

Overall, this will be getting some serious wear from me throughout the year. Very comfortable, great design and a solid option for both on and off the golf course.

PROS

  • Lightweight
  • A great extra layer option
  • Isn’t bulky

CONS

  • None

RRP: £90.00

Sizes:  S-XXL

Colours: Elm, Sailor Blue

About the author

Max Mcvittie

A bit of a late bloomer to the game of golf, Max fell in love with the sport when he attended Saturday coaching sessions down at his local golf club after being inspired by friends and family members.

Max has remained a member of Eden Golf Club in Carlisle for a number of years now as he looks to get his handicap down into single figures. Most of his golfing career has been spent battling a permanent slice off the tee, which has led to some ugly rounds.

Having studied at the University of Sunderland, Max is starting out his dream career in sports journalism. During his time at university, he picked up valuable work experience at Reach PLC, BBC Radio Cumbria and GiveMeSport, whilst also getting work published in the Teesside Live. He also spent time working at a local weekly newspaper, Eskdale and Liddesdale Advertiser, as a general news reporter partially covering some local sport just north of the border in Langholm.

Max has just started his journey with the NCG working as the assistant equipment editor. He looks forwarded to reviewing the latest golf equipment, taking up an interest in reviews when buying his first golf club, a Cleveland RTX wedge.

With his bag not going under too many changes throughout the last few years, Max carries an M3 driver, Titleist GT3 Fairway Wood, M2 hybrid, a set of M2 irons, Callaway Jaws wedges and a TaylorMade Spider putter. And yes, Max is a bit of a self-proclaimed TaylorMade fan boy.
