Glenmuir Mens Cotton Dryburgh Golf Socks
Not the easiest thing to review, but these are actually very good. I’ve often found no-show socks don’t stay in position and end up slipping down mid-round, but these stayed put the whole way round with no issues at all.
They fit well and grip the foot nicely, which makes them comfortable over 18 holes. The cushioned sole and breathable cotton fabric help keep your feet cool and comfortable, even when you’re walking a full round. They’re very lightweight and do exactly what you want from a no-show sock – you barely notice you’re wearing them. Ideal to wear with shorts, especially in warmer conditions.

Let’s start with a confession: I wouldn’t be the biggest fan of crew socks. I’m forever trying to pull them up. But Under Armour’s Performance Tech Socks are giving me pause for thought. I might just change my mind.
The company say they’re equipped with a new Locked-In Fit design to keep the sock fitted to your heel during movement – and they absolutely deliver on that front. Slipping these on is like putting your hand into a glove.
They’re breathable thanks to come high-performance ventilation channels, so you can feel confident your feet won’t get too hot in the summer. And while being comfortable is a given for socks – what did we ever do before we started putting elastane into everything? – you can be confident of completing a round of golf and not worrying about whether it’s your socks that are causing the blistering. I’m a believer.

Having previously reviewed the ZeroFit Ultimate Base layer my expectations for these socks were high!
I tested the Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate Socks on a chilly golf day, and I have to say, they are fantastic!
From the moment I put them on, I felt instantly warm and cozy, even in damp, cold weather. The socks are super comfortable, and though bulkier than normal socks, still fit into my golf shoes.
They really do keep your feet warm in chilly temperatures (apparently as low as -10°C, but hoping not to put that to the test!) making them perfect for winter golf, walking the dog, or cheering on kids at outdoor sports.
I especially liked the grip on the sole which meant my feet were not slipping around in the shoe.
These socks are well-made and feel like a warm hug for your feet. They’d make a great Christmas present or gift for anyone who spends time outdoors in cold weather.
Overall, I was impressed—warm, comfortable, and versatile for lots of outdoor activities. Once again, ZeroFit gets a big thumbs up from me! Highly recommended!

Getting the right pair of golf socks is a crucial decision, after all there is no worse feeling than blisters or your socks falling down on every hole.
These fit exceptionally well. They have an arch band around the middle of the foot that hugs the shape of your foot to keep the sock compressed and in place.
The bottom of the sock is cushioned for extra support under the foot and it really is comfortable.
These are seamless around the toe which is excellent as I am always getting holes in my socks here.
I have played loads of rounds in these and I have been really impressed. Not once have they looked like falling down at all, they are really compressive and supportive around the foot and they are thick enough to keep you warm without being really bulky.
I would definitely purchase these again.
