The best of the best! We roundup the best gear that G/FORE has to offer for Spring Summer 2026
Personality and performance. Those are the two words that spring to mind when I think of G/FORE’s golf apparel.
Known for pushing the boundaries somewhat of traditional golf style, G/FORE has built a reputation on going bold with their colours and patterns. For those of you who aren’t afraid to stand out on the golf course, then you might want to take a closer look.
I always think the summer is the best time to push the boat out in terms of your on-course style. G/FORE definitely has that fashion-forward edge summer golfers love.
So, here’s an in-depth look at their latest spring snd summer line-up for 2026…
I recently got to try the All Play Stripe Stretch Knit Polo from G/FORE, and I have to say, I really liked it. The fit was just right, not too tight, not too loose. So it felt comfortable all round but still looked smart. I didn’t feel restricted at all, which is important when you’re swinging a club, and the stretch in the fabric made it really easy to move in.
Being G/FORE, it’s instantly stylish. The stripe design is simple but modern, and the quality really shows when you put it on. It feels soft, comfortable, warm and well made, definitely a step up from your average polo. It comes in small to XXL and three great designs Baja / Dune / Twilight. I had the Dune but have got my eye on buying the Baja (light blue!) too.
It’s not cheap, but honestly, when you get this level of fit, style, and quality, it’s worth it. I’d happily wear it on the course or just out and about. A proper classic.
Want a hat that might well be what you’re shouting during your round? The G/Fore Shadow Relaxed Fit Hat is right up your street. With a big ‘FORE’ branded across the front of the cap, and emboldened with shadow by four different colours, one per letter, it has a great design.
The G/Fore logo is stitched into the left side of the cap, while there is an adjustable snapback closure at the back, to ensure comfort whilst wearing it. The price point is expensive, with the Shadow Relaxed Fit Hat costing £45, which is a lot more than many hats on the market.
The G/FORE Camo Skull & Tees Tall Trucker Hat is definitely one of the more eye-catching options out there, and while it’s not really my personal style, it does exactly what you’d expect from a cap in this category. The trucker design gives it a structured feel, while the mesh back panels and built-in sweatband keep things breathable and comfortable, especially during warmer rounds.
I found the fit to be easy to adjust with the snapback closure, so you can get it sitting just right without any hassle. It’s lightweight enough to wear for a full round, and the curved brim offers solid protection from the sun without feeling too bulky.
The bold camo skull design really stands out, which won’t be for everyone, but if you like that more statement looks then it’s a great option. Overall, it’s a well-made cap that delivers on comfort and performance.
G/Fore produce some very stylish apparel and while the Tour Shorts have a fairly conservative look compared to some of their other gear, they absolutely ooze quality. They are made from their premium two-way stretch tricot material which allows for extra mobility.
The material has substance to it but still feels light when wearing the shorts. As expected from this type of material it is moisture-wicking to keep you comfortable.
A couple of subtle, rubberised G/Fore logos finish off the shorts nicely. If you are in the market for a premium pair of golf shorts that are supremely comfortable then the G/Fore tour shorts are an option to consider.
The G/FORE Cooling Cotton 1/4 Zip Jumper is a premium option that really stands out if you’re looking for something a bit more elevated both on and off the course. It’s definitely priced as a higher-end piece, but you can feel that in the quality straight away. The cooling performance cotton is incredibly soft and comfortable, while still being breathable and moisture-wicking, so it works just as well in warmer conditions as it does layer up on cooler days.
I found this to be a really versatile mid-layer that you could wear for a full round and then straight into the clubhouse or even off the course without needing to change. The fit is clean and modern without being restrictive, and the stretch in the fabric allows for a smooth, unrestricted swing.
The overall finish feels very premium too, with subtle detailing and a smart look. It’s an investment piece, but one that justifies its price through performance and quality.

I know they are a divisive amongst golfers, but I’m all for golf hoodies. I’m a fan of most casual golf wear in truth and, on the whole, tend to avoid the more upright, traditional bits and bobs.
I think golf has moved on from these strict dress codes in the large and that can only be a good thing. We should want it to be accessible and welcoming for all and I think golf hoodies help with this.
I have owned my fair share of them and this is right up there with the best. It is extremely comfortable to wear. The lightweight nature of it makes it a compelling option and a one that will work on and off the course.

I tend to always wear the same brand of cap as i know they fit my head well and are comfortable, but when the G/fore cap arrived I excited to give it a go. I love the lighter blue design with a pop of colour – it perfectly matched the whole G/Fore outfit!
I liked that it was adjustable at the back, to kind where there isn’t any stray material hanging out either because I’ve pulled it too tight. I wore it for several rounds over the last few weeks and found it very comfortable – no dull pains from it digging into my ears like some hats do. I even received a few compliments so it’s a real winner for me.
This is a skort that I absolutely love. G/FORE is such a cool brand; it sits in that premium, fashion-led space within golf, bringing a more modern, slightly edgier feel compared to traditional golf wear. It definitely leanstowards a younger, style-conscious market – although I’m in my 40s and felt great in it.
The fit is really flattering. It’s a pull-on style with a structured waistband (with the signature G/FORE branding), and the fabric has a nice amount of stretch while still holding its shape. It’s lightweight, comfortable and perfect for warmer days.
I particularly like the slight split, which gives you extra movement, and the built-in shorts are really comfortable. The pockets are great too, easy to access and secure despite not having zips.
It is quite a streamlined fit, so it shows your shape more than some skorts, something to bear in mind depending on preference.

This is a really interesting pullover from Gfore. The texture is incredibly lightweight, made from a silky tech nylon. Putting it on first thing in the morning the fabric was cold you can tell this will cool you down in the summer months.
It has two front pockets that act as a kangroo pouch. I wore it in a medium, I tend to be a UK 8/10 but this was a nice fit.
I’m 5ft 9 and found it was a little shorter on the body some of my other midlayers but it still looked nice. It also has UPF 50+ defence so great for summer golf especially with the mesh panellings.
Whilst this may look like a plain polo shirt, its ribbed design adds a little something extra. The colourway is also very nice and matches the crewneck pullover that they do nicely.
I wore this polo in a medium, I’m typically a uk8/10 and it has a comfortable fit – having a nice amount of room. I’m 5ft 9 and this isn’t the longest of lengths but to wear untucked it was a flattering length.
This top has been through the wash already and after being hung to dry was almost perfectly crease free. Overall, I did enjoy wearing this polo and look forward to wearing it more soon.
This is a very lightweight jumper. It’s very thin but has a nice soft feel to touch. I like the design simple with the blue strips on the sleeve to match the rib polo from Gfore. I wore this jumper in a medium, I tend to wear uk8/10 in tops. I liked the body fit but the sleeves were a little baggy on me. I’m 5ft 9 and the length was very nice.
This jumper went in my golf bag for a couple of holes, and it did come out with a few creases in – it’s certainly a garment that requires an iron.
As mentioned, this jumper is very thin, and it did have a nice amount of stretch. It was very easy to swing and move in but on a cold spring day it wasn’t the warmest. I’d say that this is a great jumper for those summer rounds of golf wear you want an extra bit of coverage but nothing too heavy.
Ultimately, G/FORE’s spring and summer collection is a reminder that modern golf wear doesn’t have to follow the rules. It’s a brand that continues to carve out it’s own lane in the golf clothing market.
But it’s not all about the looks. These are pieces that feel good as well. Lightweight, performance clothing that are built for long days on the course, warm evenings at the clubhouse, and everything in between.
I am generally a huge fan of FJ gear, and although this is a perfectly reliable trouser, it doesn’t stand out for me.
As the name suggests, you get a clean, slim and tapered fit with a flat front construction. It is suitable for on and off course wear which is a plus. There is a silicone gripper waistband which I think all trousers should have, but plenty don’t. The two side and two rear pockets are nicely sized.
The 88% polyester/12% elastane fabric offers 4-way stretch and is lightweight and moisture wicking. You get a choice of five colours and a load of sizes. I tested the 32/30 which ran true to size. So far, so good.
Where these trousers lose points is that the fabric feels rather synthetic, when compared to some higher end competitors, which are admittedly more expensive. Furthermore, the slim fitting style is not going to suit the chunkier golfer or those who prefer a more relaxed fit.
On the course, these lightweight trousers performed perfectly well and felt well put together. They don’t pretend to offer any weatherproof properties so work best in mild to warm weather conditions.
So, this is a comfortable and durable pair of trousers that are perfectly serviceable but just didn’t quite hit the mark for this reviewer, particularly when the rest of the FJ apparel range is so strong. PROSS

I don’t think I have reviewed a belt before and am not given to buying golf-specific belts. So, what to say?
This is a smart genuine leather belt that comes in just one colour which is black. The belt is nice and thick and looks to be well-constructed. It is adjustable in that the original length of 40in is designed to be cut to size.
There are marks on the belt to assist with the cutting to size. The only point I would make is that there is a choice of five perforated closure holes, and I would have expected that the middle of the five holes would be 30in from the 30in mark. It was in fact an inch out, which I thought was unnecessary.
That said, it is straightforward enough to cut to size and, hey presto, you have your own smart custom-fit belt which looks like it will give years of useful service. PRONSROSOCCCOCO
