Bunker etiquette: to rake or not to rake? That is the question. It’s such a simple task, too. Hit your ball out, rake the sand.

My colleague Steve Carroll wrote recently that those who can’t show the course a bit of respect should be booted out of the club.

So why are some golfers lazy? How can they not rake up after themselves? What can be done to enforce golfers to rake? How annoying is it? How important is it? What does it mean to you?
