Discover Callaway’s Legacy Collection.
Golf has always been a game of traditions, but the way players dress is shifting into something more dynamic, versatile, and expressive. With the arrival of the Callaway Legacy Collection, golf fashion is stepping confidently into a new era.
This collection is to celebrate Callaway’s heritage while embracing contemporary design. The collection’s cohesive colour story ensures every look is both striking and wearable, making it easy for players and style-conscious men to take their game, and their wardrobe, beyond the clubhouse.
Crucially, this collection draws inspiration from Ely Callaway’s revolutionary approach to equipment design. Just as he redefined the possibilities of golf clubs, Legacy reimagines what golf-inspired apparel can be. It is smart enough for the office, relaxed enough for city living, and technical enough for a breezy afternoon round. It’s this versatility, underpinned by meticulous craftsmanship, that positions Legacy as a new benchmark in the evolution of golf fashion.
2025 has seen the release of the hugely exciting Legacy capsule by Callaway Apparel. It is designed for life both on and off the course with a collection of smart but practical items that can be worn on any occasion but still perform well out on the course. With a range of polos, jackets and other outerwear options there is plenty to choose from!
Let’s take a look at a couple of the pieces we’ve been lucky enough to test.
Callaway Legacy Apparel
Blocked Long Sleeve Polo
The ‘Men’s blocked mixed media golf polo’ is the first item we got to test out. This is a long-sleeved beige item and white collar. It’s remarkably different from Callaway Apparels’ usual styling with their range of impressive apparel being very much performance based, and to say this isn’t a style they have run before (to my knowledge!), it all looks brilliant. That is certainly not to say this is strictly a fashion option, the item was extremely comfortable throughout my round of golf playing in it and the garment is built with well measured elasticity to ensure there is no tightness throughout the movements required to play.

The look of the polo really steals the show for me, the clean nature of it, alternative logo and basic colours blend together for a really sharp garment. It is certainly in the category of on and off-course attire and could easily steal the limelight from your Sunday best.
In summary, if you’re in the market for a new polo I’d suggest you start here. Easily wearable both on and off the course, comfortable and looks great.
Another item from the Legacy Collection is the Blocked Logo Hooded Sweater. This a really smart garment in the Legacy collection, built with a breathable moisture wicking wool blend fabric it is exceptionally comfortable and a great option for staying warm on the course.
The design of the jumper is stand-out, it looks like a retro, classic piece of golf clothing with the addition of modern apparel technology and smart branding. The branding is really smart, nothing too invasive and the adapted Callaway logo adds to the character of the whole piece.
Another feature is the attachable hood, not something I have seen too much of but it is very smart. A practical use for keeping your head warm and adjustable strings to adjust tightness, it is also designed with subtle Callaway Apparel branding which makes for a nice touch.
Overall, this is great, it will certainly be getting some use both on the course and off it. Warm, really smart and looks great in multiple settings. I would certainly recommend this item if you’re on the lookout for some new outerwear.
Alright, so I got the Callaway Legacy Color Block Golf Cardigan Sweater, and honestly, I’m not sure I do it justice.
It’s meant to be stylish, but on me, it kind of looks like I borrowed my dad’s cardigan sweater after he’s had a long day at work—definitely not the look I was going for!
But I swear, on someone like Adam Scott, this thing would look absolutely fantastic—like he was born to wear it! The color blocking and logo are sharp and modern though I personally think it could do with some pockets—because who doesn’t want to stash a golf ball or two, or just put your hands in?
Still, the fit isn’t quite right on me and I might need a little more confidence to really pull it off!
Overall, a solid cardigan sweater that would look a million times better on someone with a bit more style—like the models on the Callaway website.
Or at least, that’s what I tell myself!
If you are stylish and can pull (no golf pun intended) this look off this cardigan sweater will get heads turning.
The Legacy Collection is more than just another seasonal drop, it’s a clear statement of where Callaway Apparel is heading. In a market that often separates performance gear from streetwear credibility, Legacy looks to combine both. With its blend of utility-inspired outerwear, collegiate details, and transitional layering, it offers something fresh for golfers and non-golfers alike.
The two signature capsules highlight the collection’s breadth. Groovy Play, with its retro-inspired branding and refined neutral palette punctuated by green accents, brings playful nostalgia with modern polish.

Meanwhile, Triple Track, echoing Callaway’s ball technology, embraces deep marine tones and bold red highlights for a more performance-led edge. Together, they show how Legacy can appeal to both the purist and the style innovator.
