NCG SUMMARY
From my experience this is a very solid option when looking for your new trolley and does a lot of things well. It’s well constructed with solid framework and manoeuvres smoothly without feeling heavy or bulky.
The Icart Uno also is also extremely flexible and capable of holding almost any kind of golf bag which is very useful for players with more than one bag. Overall, the only things letting this down from being the perfect push trolley is the storage space and the size of the trolley when packed down.
PROS
- Sturdy and well constructed
- Light
- Really easy to use breaks

Key benefits and downsides
| Key benefits | Downsides |
|---|---|
| Sturdy – Some push trolley can feel a tad flimsy, but this has no such concerns. It will take on the elements and win, me thinks. | Large – I do feel like it is still particularly large when folded, could be a problem for those with smaller car boots. |
| Lightweight – Easy to push around the course without any strain on the body. | |
| Easy to use brakes – In case your heading downhill and towards the pond out of control have the piece of mind to now the brakes are very good and very easy to deploy. |
First Impressions
My first impressions of the trolley when seeing it was that the design was very sleek, I really liked the white body as it made it stand out from other trolleys. I also found it very easy to assemble, the easy fold system certainly lives up to its name when put into action and the process couldn’t be quicker or more convenient. The top and bottom straps also make it extremely easy to fasten the bag on and it feels very secure.
How I undertook the review
This review was undertaken over 5 rounds at my local golf course, playing in various conditions from rainy and wet to bone dry and boiling hot. My golf course is mostly flat but there are some inclines to manage.
On the Course
After 5 rounds of testing, I can say that the Icart Uno is a very good push trolley and does almost everything you can hope for. Considering the price of £199, or £169 through American Golf, it’s also very good value for what you’re getting.
What I’m looking for with a push trolley is convenience and ease of use, which the Icart does extremely well. The easy fold system means it takes mere moments to get your trolley out the car and get your bag on. If you’re like me and seem to be rushing to the first tee every round, this is big plus.
Foot brakes
The foot brake is also very easy to use. I have found some push trolleys in the past to be quite fiddley to brake with, but this one is very convenient with a simple padel that flips on and off. The trolley also comes with an umbrella holder which you can attach to the side of the handle, making it much more comfortable to play whilst in the rain. Some other trolley will charge for these as an added extra so it’s a real bonus that you can get an umbrella holder straight out the box.

Some downsides
Now I do need to come on to some downsides of this trolley which I experienced compared to others I’ve tried. The first being that although this does fold down and even offers the possibility of removing the wheels the chassis of the trolley is quite long which makes it difficult to store easily in the boot of my car, which is where I would generally keep it. Because the front wheel doesn’t fold under the rest of the body it remains long when folded down, which in my car prevented it from being able to be stored without a lot of effort moving things around in my boot.
I would say that my boot is on the smaller side so this is probably only something to consider if you’re often strapped for space in the back of your car. There is also a lack of storage available on the trolley, there is a drinks holder and a slim flap to place a score card, but that’s about it.
I know some other trolleys have a storage bag underneath the scorecard holder which allows you to place things like head covers, DMDs and other bits while playing. Again, this isn’t a massive concern as you can still store plenty of things in your bag, but it is worth considering if you’re looking for more space outside of your bag.
Final thoughts
Overall, I think this is a really good trolley with a couple minor flaws that will only affect some people. So, if you’re after a good value. sturdy and easy to use golf trolley, the Icart Uno Push Trolley could be the way to go.
