Caddycell have launched a new ‘three-year, no small print’ warranty in contrast to the standard trolley battery market practice by offering users a free replacement in the event of fault.
Caddycell’s range of high performance LiFePO4 lithium golf batteries from Golfstream will now carry the three-year “no small print” full guarantee from March 2nd.
Golf trolley batteries available in three sizes – 18, 27 and 36 hole. The guarantee now covers manufacturing fault, or faulty material, and is for three full years – not diminishing over time.
Derek Richford, managing director of Golfstream, said: “I hate small print guarantees that are offered by our competitors and believe our deal is clear, straight forward and overall honest – a fantastic deal for the golfer.
“Offering a ‘no quibble, no small print’ guarantee is the right thing to do.”
