Their sleek design, lightweight construction, and versatile look make them an ideal choice for summer golf and casual wear.
PROS

Great on and off course wear
CONS
Grip and stability may diminish in wetter conditions, making them less ideal for year-round use.
Design – Stylish, classic design inspired by the iconic Reebok Club C trainer.
Not an all round the year shoe – perhaps limited to summer golf
Comfort – Excellent comfort with a soft, cushioned feel and lightweight construction
Versatility – Versatile enough to wear seamlessly both on and off the golf course.
First Impressions
My first impressions were really positive, the clean design of the shoes is really pleasing. Subtle branding but enough to recognise they are a silhouette of a classic Reebok shoe. Three sites of Reebok branding on the heel, tongue and side of the shoe don’t busy the design and with two colourways of an off-white plus navy (other colourways available) the whole finish of the shoe is very smart. Extra points for the detailing on the insole, a cool checkered red and blue design looks good.

How I undertook the review
I have been fortunate to play golf a number of times, at a number of different courses, over the past number of weeks (at the time of writing it is end of May 2026). Some have been flat, some hilly, but on all occasions the weather has been fine and warm.
What I found
Comfort wise they are also very impressive, Straight out of the box they offer a soft, cushioned feel that make walking 18 holes or wearing causally very enjoyable. The lightweight constructions makes for a very easy walk whilst the interior padding produces a snug relaxed fit around the foot. Even after a day in the office plus 18 holes after work maintained their comfortable easy going feel ideal for golfers who prioritise walking comfort over a more performance based shoe.

One of my favourite parts of the shoe is how seamless they are between on and off the golf course. The Club C has a relaxed look that means you can comfortably wear them in the clubhouse or on more casual scenario. Despite being spikeless, I didn’t notice any difficulties with stability throughout my rounds but will caveat that they were tested in ideal golfing conditions, dry and warm. I wouldn’t rush to pick these shoes for a year-round shoe, one because grip could possibly faulter on wetter conditions, but mainly because I wouldn’t want to spoil them!

Another area worth mentioning is just how versatile these shoes feel throughout a full day. There are plenty of on and off course golf shoes that do well during a round, but very few that you genuinely want to continue wearing afterwards. The Club C manages that balance very well. They feel more like a premium everyday trainer than a traditional golf shoe, which really adds to their appeal.
NCG Final Say
Overall, these are a great option to consider for the Summer of golf ahead. I have barely taken them off since receiving them and don’t plan on anytime soon. The classic design, comfort levels and how they are seamlessly worn on and off the golf course is a huge plus for me.
Tom is a former professional rugby player (not that he likes to be defined by it) turned avid golfer. Who once went viral on twitter for a very impressive display of the shanks. He loves all things equipment and is often caught in the office eyeing up yet another driver. He plays off a handicap of 15.6 which he doesn't like reminding rounds up to 16.
