Stealth Midlayer

The Druids Stealth Midlayer is a solid option for golfers looking for a practical extra layer without spending premium-brand prices. The fit is good and true to size, with enough room to swing comfortably while still maintaining a neat, athletic look.
The quarter-zip design works well and I particularly liked the detailing around the zip and neck, which gives the midlayer a smarter appearance than many others in this price bracket. It’s a versatile piece that can be worn on the course or casually away from it.
The fabric feels a little stiffer than some of the more expensive brands I’ve worn, so it doesn’t quite have the same premium feel. However, once on, it was warm, comfortable and didn’t restrict my swing in any way. It performed well throughout the round and provided the right level of warmth for cooler conditions.
Overall, this is a well-fitting, practical midlayer that represents good value for money and should suit most golfers looking for a dependable layering option.
PROS
Comfortable, true-to-size fit.
Smart quarter-zip styling with good detailing around the zip and collar.
Warm without restricting movement during the swing.
CONS
The material feels a little stiffer than some premium-brand alternatives.
The Druids Hexa Performance Jacket is a well-designed outer layer that offers an excellent balance between warmth and freedom of movement. It has a modern, athletic look and feels comfortable from the moment you put it on.

One of the standout features is the insulated body, which provides a noticeable barrier against the cold without making the jacket feel bulky. At the same time, the sleeves remain lightweight and flexible, allowing for a full, unrestricted golf swing. It’s a clever design that works particularly well on cooler days.
The zipped pockets are another welcome addition. They’re well positioned and provide a secure place to keep valuables such as a phone, wallet or keys while out on the course.
Overall, this is a practical, comfortable jacket that performs well in cooler conditions. The thoughtful design and excellent freedom of movement make it a strong option for golfers looking for an extra layer without compromising their swing.
PROS
Warm insulated body without feeling bulky.
Lightweight sleeves allow complete freedom of movement.
Golf joggers can be a bit of a marmite item, but I was pleasantly surprised by these. They have a modern, sporty design without looking over the top, and the fit was comfortable and true to size.
The material is very lightweight, making them comfortable to wear throughout the round and allowing plenty of freedom of movement. The ankle zips are a nice touch and add to the contemporary styling. They might not appeal to golfers who prefer a more traditional trouser, but I actually liked the look and found they gave the joggers a smart finish.
As the temperature increased, I did notice that the fabric wasn’t quite as breathable as some of the more premium golf brands I’ve worn. It’s by no means uncomfortable, but there is a noticeable difference on warmer days.
Overall, these are stylish, comfortable golf joggers that offer good value and will appeal to golfers looking for a more modern alternative to traditional trousers.
PROS
Lightweight and comfortable to wear.
Modern design with stylish ankle zip detailing.
Good fit with plenty of freedom of movement.
CONS
The fabric isn’t quite as breathable as some premium alternatives in warmer conditions.
The Druids California Polo is an excellent choice for golfers looking for a lightweight, comfortable shirt for warmer days. The fit is good and the fabric feels light from the moment you put it on, making it easy to wear throughout an entire round.
The standout feature for me was the colour. I tested the coral version and really liked it. It’s bright enough to add a bit of personality without being over the top, giving a fresh, modern look on the course. Nice branding also on back and collar.
As the temperature increased, the polo continued to perform well. The lightweight, breathable fabric helped keep me comfortable and allowed plenty of freedom of movement throughout the swing. While it doesn’t carry the price tag of some premium brands, it certainly delivers where it matters.
Overall, this is a stylish, breathable polo that performs well in warm weather and offers excellent value for money.
PROS
Lightweight and breathable, ideal for warm conditions.
Modern design with a great coral colour that stands out without being too bright.
Comfortable fit with plenty of freedom of movement.
The Druids Cuban Belt is a simple but well-designed accessory that finishes off a golf outfit nicely. The white version looks particularly smart when paired with darker trousers and gives a clean, modern look without being too flashy.
One of the best features is how easy it is to adjust. The woven fabric design allows you to cut it to your preferred waist size, making it straightforward to achieve a comfortable fit. Once adjusted, the white clasp holds the belt securely in place throughout the round.

The only slight reservation I have is around the finish on the clasp. It looks good and feels solid, but I do wonder whether the white coating might be prone to chipping after extended use. Time will tell, but it was the only question mark during testing.
Overall, this is a comfortable, versatile belt that looks smart on the course and offers excellent value for money.
PROS
Easily adjustable to achieve the perfect fit.
Secure white clasp that holds the belt firmly in place.
Smart, versatile design that pairs particularly well with darker trousers.
CONS
I wonder whether the painted white clasp may show signs of wear or chipping over time.
Golf socks don’t need to be complicated, they just need to do their job well, and these certainly do. They’re comfortable from the moment you put them on and remained that way throughout the round.
The cushioning provides a good level of support without making the socks feel bulky, and they sit neatly just above the shoe. Most importantly, they stayed in place all day with no slipping around the heel, which isn’t always the case with ankle socks.
The lightweight material kept my feet comfortable during a warm round, and they fitted well without feeling too tight or restrictive. They’re not the sort of item you’ll think about once you’ve put them on, and that’s probably the biggest compliment you can give a pair of golf socks.
Overall, these are a comfortable, well-made pair of golf socks that perform exactly as you’d hope and offer excellent value for money.
PROS
Comfortable with good cushioning underfoot.
Stay securely in place with no slipping around the heel.
I really like this polo shirt. The fabric is lightweight and has plenty of stretch, making it incredibly comfortable to wear both on and off the course. It feels breathable and easy to swing in, which is exactly what I look for in a golf top.

The design is simple but stylish. The button detail adds a nice touch, and I particularly like the subtle silver Druids logo, which gives it a premium feel without being too bold or overpowering.
The fit is also excellent. I’m wearing a size 12 and found it to be true to size, with a flattering shape that isn’t too fitted or too loose. It sits nicely and allows plenty of movement..
Overall, this is a comfortable, well-fitting and versatile polo that I’d happily wear for a round of golf or casually away from the course. Great value for money.
PROS
Lightweight, stretchy and comfortable fabric.
Flattering, true-to-size fit (I wore a size 12).
Stylish details, particularly the buttons and subtle silver logo.
Another win for Druids. I had the grey and white version of the Breezy Midlayer and it feels really classic and timeless. The colours will go with so many outfits, making it a versatile piece that can easily become a staple in your golf wardrobe.
The fit is excellent and I particularly liked the longer sleeves, which give it a really comfortable feel and are ideal for those cooler mornings on the course. The fabric feels soft and lightweight enough to wear as an extra layer without feeling bulky.
I’m also a big fan of a half-zip style and this one really ticks all the boxes. It’s easy to throw on, looks smart and offers plenty of flexibility whether you’re playing golf or wearing it casually away from the course.
Overall, this is a stylish, practical midlayer that combines comfort, versatility and a flattering fit at a very reasonable price point.
PROS
Excellent fit with comfortable longer sleeves.
Classic grey and white colourway that goes with everything.
Stylish and practical half-zip design.
CONS
On its own a bit pricy but part of the Ambassador package is a bargain.
I just had to try this one out as it’s my namesake! I went for the stone colour and absolutely loved it. The neutral shade is really versatile and means it will work with almost anything in your golf wardrobe.

What I liked most about this jacket is how easy it is to throw on. It’s plain and understated, making it the perfect piece to keep in your golf bag for those cooler days when you need an extra layer. Despite being lightweight, it feels surprisingly warm and provides enough room to comfortably wear over a polo or even a midlayer without feeling restrictive.
The fit is flattering and comfortable, and the simple styling means it works just as well away from the golf course as it does on it.
Overall, this is a practical, stylish and versatile jacket that I can see becoming a go-to layer throughout the season.
PROS
Versatile stone colour that goes with everything.
Lightweight but surprisingly warm.
Comfortable fit with enough room to wear over a midlayer.
CONS
The plain styling may not appeal to golfers who prefer bolder designs
Socks might not be the most exciting item to review, but these are a really nice, easy-to-wear pair that do exactly what you want them to. They are very comfortable from the moment you put them on and have a good level of cushioning, which makes a difference when you’re spending several hours walking the golf course.
I also liked the fit. They sit just above the top of your trainers, giving enough coverage without being too visible. One of my biggest bugbears with ankle socks is when they slip down under the heel during a round, but I had no issues with that at all. They stayed securely in place and remained comfortable throughout wear.
Overall, these are a simple but effective pair of golf socks that offer comfort, cushioning and a reliable fit.
PROS
Soft and comfortable with good cushioning.
Stay securely in place with no slipping under the heel.
Perfect ankle height, sitting just above the trainer.
CONS
One size fits size 3-8, so if you’re bigger or smaller they might not fit
I really like this belt. Most of the belts I already own are quite chunky, so it was nice to add something a little more understated to my wardrobe. The slimmer design feels modern and versatile, making it easy to pair with a range of outfits.
The grey colour is also lovely. It’s a soft, neutral shade that works well with both darker and lighter golf clothing and gives a polished finish without being too bold. Despite being a simple accessory, it adds a smart touch to an outfit.
Another plus is how lightweight it feels. You almost forget you’re wearing it, which is exactly what you want on the golf course. It provides enough structure to complete an outfit without feeling bulky or restrictive.
Overall, this is a stylish, lightweight belt that offers a great alternative to chunkier designs and is a useful addition to any golfer’s wardrobe.
PROS
Slimmer design offers an alternative to chunkier belts.
Lightweight and comfortable to wear.
Attractive grey shade that pairs with lots of outfits.
CONS
None
RRP: £35
Sizes: S/M, M/L
Colours: Grey, Tan, Black, Pink, Lavender, Navy, White
Unfortunately, these were the one item in the collection that didn’t work for me. I usually wear a size 12, but found the size 12 trousers came up very small, so I had to size up. However, once I did that, there was a lot of excess material around the crotch area and the fit just didn’t seem right for my body shape.
They have a high-waisted design, which I know some golfers will like, but I personally struggled with the overall fit. The material also wasn’t my favourite. It felt quite technical and practical, almost wipe-clean or semi-waterproof, but it lacked the softness and flexibility that I usually look for in golf trousers. At times, it felt more like wearing a pair of fitted waterproof trousers than everyday golf trousers.
That said, they do feel durable and would likely be a good option for cooler or changeable weather. Unfortunately, though, the sizing and fit simply weren’t right for me.
PROS
High-waisted design that some golfers may find flattering and supportive.
Durable-feeling fabric that appears water-resistant.
Practical option for cooler or changeable conditions.
CONS
Sizing came up very small and the fit didn’t suit my body shape, with excess material around the crotch area when sizing up.
A great jacket to have as an extra layer in case the weather turns chilly. It packs down small enough to fit in the side pocket of a golf bag but stays un-creased and is lightweight. The sleek design is stylish and unfussy, so is easy to play in. It also looks much more expensive than it is and as part of the Ambassador Pack really is exceptional value.
A great, hard-working basic that will work all year round, either for layering in colder weather or as a top layer in spring or autumn. It’s really soft and comfy and is stretchy so swinging the golf club is not a problem. The shoulder detail is stylish and elevates it above similar mid-layers. A great piece and a great price. There’s also a really good range of colours.
Soft, stretchy and breathable fabric means this is a great option for summer golf. It is easy to move in and allows for full mobility and the sweat-wicking fabric keeps you cool throughout a round. It also looks smart, doesn’t crease, has a subtle pattern for added interest and comes in a range of colours. As part of the kids Ambassador Pack, it is unbelievable value for money.
These joggers are made from lightweight polyester with stretch so are perfect for kids who value comfort but still like to look sporty. Most importantly they are easy to move in and stay comfortable over 18 holes without being a distractionthrough discomfort. These are my 11 year-old’s go-to pair of trousers for golf.
Druids Kidâs The âD-Badgeâ Cap | Source: Druids
If you don’t like flashy logos or obvious branding, then this is the perfect cap for you. A subtle “D” logo on the front doesn’t scream the brand but still looks cool and sporty and matches lots of other items in the Druids collection so will complete a range of outfits. Eyelets provide ventilation. One mark removed because my son personally doesn’t like the plastic pop n fix fastening at the back. Comes in red or sage green.
PROS
Simple but stylish, sporty design
Completes an outfit
CONS
The fastening at the back may be uncomfortable if you need to make the fit quite small
You can never have enough socks, right? My son prefers these low trainer socks to the longer socks that are currently popular. They keep your feet cool and stay in place – no annoying bunching in the shoe requiring constant adjustment. Socks need to do their job without providing any distraction – and these ones do.
All in all, the Druids Ambassador Pack lives up to its reputation, with our reviews highlighting genuine quality and comfort across the range. At under £100 for six items, it’s hard to find better value in golf apparel today.
