Best Golf Belts 2026

Under Armour Driver Silicone belt

4.5 star review
best golf belts

The silicone material of this belt may not appeal to all but it provides a really secure fit that grips your waistband really well.

The belt is easy to adjust to size by simple cutting to your waist measurement and re-attaching to the buckle. Available in Steel, Black and Navy Blue there is a belt to match all of your trousers.

The metal buckle in the shape of the Under Armour logo looks great and holds the belt securely in place. After a full 18 holes the belt had done everything you would expect of a belt. The material appears hard wearing and should last for years to come.

PROS

  • Comfortable fit
  • Very secure
  • Nice buckle

CONS

  • Some may prefer traditional leather

RRP: £35 / $42

Sizes: One size (simply cut to size)

Under Armour Stretch webbing belt

5 star review

I know there’s a cost-of-living crisis going on, but the price of some golf belts makes me spit out my cornflakes. Style icons, or otherwise, their main purpose is to hold your trousers up – not send you to the poor house.

With Under Armour’s Drive Stretch webbing belt, though, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. At £19 (or less from some retailers), it’s extremely good value. I go for a softer fit – I’m not a fan of cutting off circulation at the waist – and the webbing is as flexible as you need it to be.

The buckle is easy to fix and very adaptable so if you’re between sizes this is definitely something you’ll want to consider.

Some of you used to leather or synthetic options may prefer it to be a bit more rigid, but this is a very small consideration at this price.

And if you ever get bored, there’s a dual sided pattern. Just turn it over for an entirely new look.

PROS

  • Nice, soft fit
  • Easy to adapt buckle
  • Twin-sided pattern when you want to mix it up

CONS

  • Some of you may prefer a firmer fit

RRP: £19 / $25

Sizes: One size

Colours: Castlerock-Black-Silver / Black-Castlerock / White-Halo Grey-Silver / Navy-Khaki-Silver

Puma Braided Weave Belt

5 star review

The Puma Braided Weave Belt is a great belt. It isn’t one of those that makes you look like a cowboy, and as if you’re about to mount a horse and ride off into the sunset. This one embraces a little bit of that, a little bit of golf and a little bit of the office environment. Therefore, it is smart, outlandish and nicely designed. The brown leather of the loops and the dominant blue material of the belt itself look remarkable. It really does, and as far as belts go, it is probably the best I have seen in the game.

For such a specific market, I believe Puma stands up and takes notice of belts more than any other brand. They are smart, and the material allows you to adjust the tightness of the belt without having to fiddle with traditional holes. You can just use the fabric of the built to embed the pin, and away you go. It is a belt perfect for golf, and I don’t think it would look out of place in any other setting.

PROS

  • Stylish
  • Nice colour contrast
  • Flexible fit

CONS

  • None

RRP: £30.00

Sizes: S/M & M/L

Colours: Deep Navy

Ping Stretch Webbing Golf Belt

5 star review
Best Golf Belt 2025

The PING stretch webbing belt is a cool looking accessory as well as being extremely functional. I have reviewed this before and I can confirm how useful it is.

It has split leather trim and a metal buckle. The weave is elastic allowing stretch and freedom when moving. I am a 34” waist and tried the S-M size which fitted but only just so I would go up a size.

The fact the webbing acts as the holes for the buckle means you can get a very accurate size.

PROS

  • Stretch makes it comfortable
  • Unique look
  • Infinitely adjustable

CONS

  • Webbing style may not appeal to everyone

RRP: £29.99

Sizes: S-M, L-XL

Colours: Black, Navy, Pearl Grey/White, Ultra Blue

Adidas Reversible Webbing Belt

5 star review

A lot of golf fashion is become increasing more modern and casual, which I’m a big fan of, but it is also nice to revert back to traditional style and that is exactly what this belt offers. I tend to gravitate towards webbing belts in general when it comes to golf. This is a quality option. Available in a range of colours to match all outfits, I went with the navy offering and it looked great, espcially matched with navy trousers. For a reasonable price as well, this is a great golf belt for those looking for a webbing style one.

PROS

  • Looks great
  • Covers all sizes
  • Good value for money

CONS

  • None

RRP: £15

Sizes:  One size

Colours: Navy/Grey Five, Ivy/Teal, Black/Grey

Oscar Jacobson Leather Belt

4 star review
best golf belts

Oscar Jacobson have a classic styled leather belt available as part of their offering this year.

Well worth looking at in general but more so if you have purchased some Oscar Jacobson trousers. I say this as it feels a similar rule to not wear Nike socks with Adidas shoes.

The garment feels really high quality, soft leather and a chrome finished buckle with the OJ logo embossed onto it.

My one comment would be the latch to adjust the belt isn’t your classic hook and pin, it is a lever on the lower side of the plate. It might take a quick look around to find, but this just needs pulling slightly so you can adjust the catch to the required tightness.

Despite this, it really is a smart accessory, it looks great on and there is a real premium feel to it.

PROS

  • High quality material
  • Looks smart

CONS

  • The clasp isn’t the easiest to work out

RRP: £49.99

Sizes: 1 size

Colours: Black / White

Stuburt Argill Braided belt

5 star review
Best Golf Belts 2025

The Argill Braided Belt is a classic design, and is a belt that can be used both on and off the course.

This Stuburt product is made from an intricate woven design, with a sleek and understated pin buckle. The woven design means that there are no holes in the belt, like there would be in a leather option. This means that you can punch through the woven design with the buckle to secure the belt in the right place every time.

Thanks to its understated design, it is also a belt that can be worn in day-to-day life, as opposed to some golf belts which are designed simply for golf thanks to bold colours and designs.

PROS

  • Perfect fit everytime
  • Stylish design
  • On and off-course wear

CONS

  • None

RRP: £24.99

Sizes: 30-40

Colours: Black / Navy

Best Golf Belts 2026

In summary, a golf belt may seem like a small detail, but as any seasoned player knows, it’s the finer points that separate a good round from a great one — both in performance and presentation. The right belt should feel as natural as your favourite glove.

Max Mcvittie

A bit of a late bloomer to the game of golf, Max fell in love with the sport when he attended Saturday coaching sessions down at his local golf club after being inspired by friends and family members.

Max has remained a member of Eden Golf Club in Carlisle for a number of years now as he looks to get his handicap down into single figures. Most of his golfing career has been spent battling a permanent slice off the tee, which has led to some ugly rounds.

Having studied at the University of Sunderland, Max is starting out his dream career in sports journalism. During his time at university, he picked up valuable work experience at Reach PLC, BBC Radio Cumbria and GiveMeSport, whilst also getting work published in the Teesside Live. He also spent time working at a local weekly newspaper, Eskdale and Liddesdale Advertiser, as a general news reporter partially covering some local sport just north of the border in Langholm.

Max has just started his journey with the NCG working as the assistant equipment editor. He looks forwarded to reviewing the latest golf equipment, taking up an interest in reviews when buying his first golf club, a Cleveland RTX wedge.

With his bag not going under too many changes throughout the last few years, Max carries an M3 driver, Titleist GT3 Fairway Wood, M2 hybrid, a set of M2 irons, Callaway Jaws wedges and a TaylorMade Spider putter. And yes, Max is a bit of a self-proclaimed TaylorMade fan boy.
