He signed with Titleist just a week after turning professional back in 2012 and has been loyal to the brand throughout his career before splitting with them late last year. Although he is no longer a staffer, for now he still has a full bag of their gear in play.
What’s in Patrick Cantlay’s bag?
Will Cantlay ever make the switch into the latest Titleist models? He is very set in his ways and has a pretty interesting blend of different aged Titleist equipment. Interestingly the new gear features mainly at the bottom of the bag courtesy of a Titleist Vokey SM9 wedge and a Scotty Cameron Phantom X 5 putter.
You can see Patrick Cantlay’s golf clubs have stayed very consistent over the years. Interestingly he doesn’t use the standard A1 Surefit setting shaft but has the hosel tweaked into B1. This allows the driver to fade slightly more than in the neutral setting.
