Maverick McNealy is yet another professional golfer to opt for a 7 wood in the bag – but what else does he have in play for 2026? Paul Miller takes a closer look….

Maverick McNealy WITB 2026: He is a former Amateur World No 1 who earned his PGA Tour card in the 2019/20 season.

His one and only victory on the PGA Tour came after his 134th start at the RSM Classic in 2024.

He has played in the majors since 2014 with a best finish of T23 at the PGA Championship in 2024.

Off the course Maverick was in a relationship with LPGA golfer Danielle Kang but is now married to Maya McNealy. They tied the knot in 2024.
