Ryan Fox is one of the leading golfers from New Zealand, with 4 DP World Tour titles among 17 worldwide professional wins.

Fox was born in January 1987 in Auckland, New Zealand. He was born into a sporting family, with his father playing rugby for New Zealand, while his grandfather played Test cricket for the nation as well. Golf was Fox’s chosen sport, and he turned professional in 2012, claiming his first title just a few months later.

The Kiwi is a late bloomer when it comes to the professional game, but he has gone on to win 18 times worldwide, including four times on the DP World Tour. His first came in 2019 at the ISPS Handa World Super 6 Perth, with two more wins coming in 2022. The biggest win of Fox’s career came a year later, as he lifted the trophy at the tour’s flagship event, the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth. The New Zealander claimed his first win on the PGA Tour in 2025, taking the victory at the Myrtle Beach Classic. He would then go on to win the RBC Candian Open on the tour just a few weeks later.

The New Zealander has represented his country on several occasions, including at the Olympic Games in both 2016 and 2020. He also played for his nation at the World Cup of Golf on two occasions.
