Memorial Tournament prize money 2024

How much did each PGA Tour star take home from Muirfield Village?

The Memorial Tournament is one of the biggest non-major events on the PGA Tour schedule, and it is one of the PGA Tour’s Signature Events.

This means it has an elevated purse. This means the purse is $20 million and the winner earned $4,000,000 which is a staggering amount that represents an increase from the $3,600,000 that Viktor Hovland won 12 months ago.

The event is held at Muirfield Village in Ohio which is one of Jack Nicklaus’ most well-known designs and the tournament is made all the more special with the Golden Bear’s presence throughout the seven days.

Jon Rahm, Patrick Cantlay, Bryson DeChambeau and Hideki Matsuyama are among the recent winners of the Memorial, and a certain Tiger Woods won it for the fifth time in 2012.

Again, Scottie Scheffler won. Surprised? We aren’t. Despite Collin Morikawa’s best efforts, the World No.1 held off his fellow American to win for the fifth time in 2024. Just incredible.

Below we have a breakdown of the purse in 2024, as well as a short summary of the purses of previous years at Muirfield Village…
