Looking at the Kiradech Aphibarnrat WITB I’d say it’s very typical of your modern tour player with three different iron models in the bag.

The Thai star bagged his fourth European Tour victory after coming out on top in the World Super 6 Perth.

The Callaway staffer still favours the Epic Sub Zero driver but has moved into the the new Rogue 3-wood like we have seen Sergio Garcia using.

Then he opts for an Epic Pro 2-iron with a graphite shaft. We haven’t seen many tour players using the Epic range of irons but when they have it has been primarily as a driving iron.

Like many tour players, including Phil Mickelson, Aphibarnrat has favoured the 2013 X Forged irons (3-5) and just can’t seem to switch them out.

Then in the shorter irons he used the brand new Apex MB.

There’s a couple of different models in the wedges too with the Mack Daddy Forged and new Mack Daddy 4.

His putter is a classic Odyssey Versa #7 similar to the model Henrik Stenson uses.

This was another victory for the brand new Chrome Soft X golf ball which is made using Graphene – the world’s strongest material.

And it was also a victory for the brand new FootJoy Tour-S golf shoes which we’ve had great success with in some of our early season testing.
