Get out of bunkers every time with this quick fix

European Tour star Paul Waring is on hand to give us some handy advice for getting out of the sand first time

All of us have struggled with our sand game at one time or another, so I’ve called in European Tour player Paul Waring to give me much-needed bunker tips.

I visited Paul at his home club Bromborough on the Wirral where he took me through a few key points on how I can become more confident in the sand.

Bunker tips: Key points

One of the main points Paul talks about in his bunker tips is making sure your left heel is on line with the ball. To do this, in practice draw a couple of lines both vertically and horizontally through the ball.
