Self Isolation Golf Workout – Series 2: All you need is a golf club!

Series 1 was such a success that our fitness pro Rachael Tibbs is back with another. This time all you need is a golf club, so let's get cracking
 

Since we’re all stuck at home, I’ve put together some golf fitness workouts you can do from your living room with no specialist equipment. Each episode features five exercises you can do with just your golf gear.
