Since we’re all stuck at home – again – I have put together some golf fitness workouts you can do from your living room with no specialist gym equipment. Each episode in this series features five exercises you can do with just your golf gear.

Golf fitness exercises for lockdown

For this series of golf fitness exercises, I’m using a battery from an electric trolley – but if you don’t have one of those, you can use anything of a similar size and weight.
