Winter is the time for golfers to spend less time on the course and more time prepping for the season ahead. The cold weather gives you more time to spend working on areas of weakness within your golf and doesn’t always mean standing on a driving range beating balls. Many golfers would highly benefit from a fitness program during the winter months to keep up their general fitness as well as improving things such as swing speed and stability.

Whilst not everyone is a fan of heading out and joining a gym, Dynamic Golf is here to provide a solution with tailored one on one virtual sessions. Keep reading for more information.
