Following on from the success of Wilson’s relaunch of the Dynapwr range a few years back, they have now added to the line-up for 2025. New fairway woods and hybrids have been released and Wilson will be looking to build on the momentum from the previous generation to get them in the hands of club and pro golfers a like.

Wilson have added a number of technological advancements to the metalwoods line-up which have being incorporated in the drivers as well. The fairway wood and hybrid market is flooded with top quality options, so the brand will be hoping these changes can catapult them ahead off their competitors.

Wilson Dynapwr Fairways and Hybrids: The Technology

Wilson believe they have optimised the performance levels of the new Dynapwr fairway woods and hybrids.

The fairways have been aided by the development of multiple sweet spots in the face of the clubs as a result of the inclusion of their AI driven PKR-360 face. Quick ball speeds have also become a staple of the fairway woods from the forged custom 455 face material.

Wilson’s AI driven PKR-360 face delivers an increased number of optimisable face and body locations unique to each fairway design. This also helps to increase the ball speeds across the face of the clubs.

As well as providing strength and high ball speeds, the forged construction equipped in the woods improves the sound the sound of the fairway woods upon impact.

The hybrids in the Dynapwr range also incorporate the same technologies to help deliver impressive ball speeds while maintaining the ultimate in stability and forgiveness.

Wilson Dynapwr Fairways and Hybrids: The Line-up

The Wilson Dynapwr range features two fairway models: the Wilson Dynapwr Carbon and the Wilson Dynapwr MAX fairway woods. It also includes a hybrid model: the Wilson Dynapwr hybrid.

Wilson Dynapwr Carbon Fairway

Looks: Has a tour inspired head shape. Wilson have also engineered carbon crown incorporated for weight savings which have been redistributed to the front of the head to lower the centre of gravity

Main Attributes: Designed to deliver a penetrating ball flight and lower spin from the lower CG in the head of the fairway wood. The PKR-360 face allows golfers to maximise their ball speed.

Who is it for?: For those who prefer a more compact profile in their fairway wood, lower handicap golfers may benefit from this more so.

Wilson Dynapwr MAX Fairway

Looks: Has an all-stainless steel design a 12g weight positioned low and towards the back.

Main Attributes: Designed to provide maximum forgiveness, a higher launch and helps to promote great performance from mishit strikes all from the weight positioning. The PKR-360 face ensures fast ball speeds across the face of the fairway wood.

Who is it for?: For golfers looking for a forgiving fairway wood and an easier to launch model on the turf.

Wilson Dynawr Hybrid

Looks: Combines a compact head design with an extended low toe area. This results in a larger hitting surface and provides stability on toe shots.

Main Attributes: Designed to promote maximum forgiveness, a high launch and good performing mishit strikes from the low and rear positioned weighting in the head. The level of forgiveness is enforced by fast ball speed being accessible across the face.

Who is it for?: For players who require a more forgiving hybrid but is very much playable for a range of golfers.

A bit of a late bloomer to the game of golf, Max fell in love with the sport when he attended Saturday coaching sessions down at his local golf club after being inspired by friends and family members.
