Ping have continued to be one of the leading brands in golf over the last 50 years. The Anser putter created a blueprint for blade-style flatsticks, while the Eye 2 remains one of the most popular iron sets of all time. Almost every golfer will have used one at some point in their life, but which players on tour are currently playing Ping golf clubs?
The big hitters
Three of Pings most well-known players also happen to be some of the longest in the game. Bubba Watson, Tony Finau and Cameron Champ constantly rank towards the top of the PGA Tour distance charts, and all trust Ping’s metalwoods to help maintain their prolific length year-after-year.
On the women’s side Brooke Henderson is also known for her firepower off the tee. However Bianca Pagdanganan is actually the longest Ping player on the LPGA Tour, averaging 276.4 yards off the tee.
While the brand has historically been known to produce some of the most forgiving products on the market, they also know how to maximise length for the world’s best, with the current Ping G425 one of the longest in the game.

The ball-strikers
When it comes to quality ball-striking, you can’t help but admire the quality of Harris English. The American has won four-times on the PGA Tour, with a stellar 2021 season seeing him claim two trophies, a top-five finish at the US Open (a true test of ball-striking), and a win under his belt at the Ryder Cup. English has a reputation for simply beating courses into submission through his relentless hitting of fairways and greens – something he does exclusively with Ping clubs.
