Long-term test: TaylorMade RBZ Stage 2 TP driver

Testers’ comments

JW: I don’t like the yellow on the crown, that’s a bad start. But I do hit it well. It’s a forgiving driver but ultimately I didn’t feel like I’d be able to trust it on a tight par 4.
JL: I don’t like the head – it’s too big and bulbous. And I don’t like patterns on the crown. I couldn’t get any consistency to start with.
DM: I think there is a lot of toe on the head – it sticks out. I was a little disappointed with the shaft, it wasn’t as stable as I was hoping so I was not consistent.

The details

TESTERS: James Whitaker (JW, pro), Johnny Lawrence (JL, scratch), Dan Murphy (DM, 4)
