Peter Millar is known for quality and comfort. On Tour you might have seen it being worn by players such as Cameron Young, Sam Burns and Justin Rose.
Their style is instantly recognisable. Unlike many golf apparel brands, Peter Millar has resisted the temptation to go all-out on the casual styling – there is still plenty of class here!
As the new season gets into full-swing they have released a new spring and summer collection. If one thing is clear then it’s they continue to be one of the flag bearers for refined, functional style.
Make the most of the nicer weather by taking advantage of their new range – it might be premium price but in return you will receive a quality product that is durable and can be worn for many seasons ahead.

Peter Millar Lumi-Knit Lite Performance Full Zip

Whilst this does initially look like a plain jacket, the textured knit design adds something extra. I like that this isn’t a hard bright white colourway and it’s more creamy. This a perfect spring/summer colouring and unlike anything that I already own.
The texture Japanese fabric is lightweight and easy to swing in. They have a two-way zip front and two side zip pockets.
I wore this jacket in a medium. This gave a more relaxed fit but if Iwanted a more fitted look a small would do the job. There’re some other great colourways in this design – be sure to check them out!
PROS
- Nice textured design
- Easy to swing in
- Looks nice
CONS
- None

Peter Millar Bingham Swing Skort

Peter Millar is definitely one of the more premium brands in golf, and you can tell straight away with this skort; everything feels considered, from the fabric to the fit.
I absolutely love this skort. It has a really nice ‘swing’ feel to it when you walk, which makes it feel a bit more elevated than a standard skort. It is the shortest one I’ve reviewed, so some may prefer a little more length, but I never felt uncomfortable or exposed throughout my round (and I’m 173cm for reference). The built-in shorts are secure and stay in place.

The fabric is incredibly lightweight and soft, with plenty of stretch, so it’s very easy to play in. The colour is lovely too, a softer blue that feels like a nice change from traditional navy.
Pockets are really well thought through. You’ve got a back pocket, easy-access side pockets, and even an interior pocket within the shorts which is perfect for keeping valuables secure.
PROS
- Lightweight, premium feel with great stretch
- Thoughtful pocket design (including internal phone pocket)
- Flattering, modern shape with movement
CONS
- Shorter length may not suit everyone
RRP: £125 / $150
Sizes: XS-XL
Colours: Peony, Willow and Windsor Blue

Peter Millar Bingham High Stretch Bonded Ankle Trouser

The comfort of elasticated waist, pull on golf trousers but with belt loop – yes please! These trousers have a thick almost soft-shell feel to them. Their pull-on design makes them quick and easy to get on.
There are two pockets at the front and two at the back. Not only are there belt loops but they’re wide enough to fit pretty much any belt that you fancy. The skinny leg design has a zip at the bottom. I’m 5ft 9 and these almost reach the ankle; they have in inside seam of 27”.
I wore a medium which to stand still was fine but wandering around those belt loops came in handy. I’m a 28” waist, these are for 30/31.
PROS
- Thick feel
- Good size belt loops
- Pockets
CONS
- Premium price
RRP: £145 / $180
Sizes: XS-XL
Colours: Black and navy

Peter Millar Maritime Valley Short Sleeve Jersey Polo

This blue patterned polo is exactly what you’re looking for in a spring/summer outfit. The pattern is something a little different and looks great. I like the silky soft feel like shirt has to touch. It’s made from 92% polyester and 8% Spandex – and having been through the washer already it dried quickly and pretty much crease free.
The four-way stretch, wicking fabric is not only great for temperature control but offers a UVF 50+ protection too. I wore this polo in a medium, I do tend to be a small in tops but this wasn’t overly big. It gave a little more wiggle room and was easy to move and swing in.
PROS
- Stylish design
- Washed and dried well
- UVF 50+ protection
CONS
- Premium price
RRP: £85 / $110
Sizes: XS-XL
Colours: Blue Starling

Peter Millar Bingham Sleeveless Sport Dress

This is a very flattering golf dress. It’s an has interesting silky, being fairly thin yet very stretchy. This is a blend of 71% nylon and 29% spandex. The lightweight nature of the dress contains moisture wicking technology. I wore this dress in a medium which was on the bigger side. I tend to wear a small and so that would have been the perfect fit.
I’m 5ft 9 and liked that it sat at a respectable length. Out on the course it was very comfortable to wear. There are is shorts underneath that can be detached or press stud fastened on. These shorts have pockets which is very useful as well as two pockets at the front. Overall, a great golf dress with a cooling fabric that will be great for those warm summer rounds.
PROS
- Cooling material
- Flattering shape
- Good length
CONS
- Premium price
RRP: £160 / $180

Best Peter Millar Spring Summer Apparel 2026 – Men’s
Peter Millar Soul Performance Mesh Polo

The Peter Millar Soul Performance Mesh Polo could well be my favourite polo from the Spring Summer 26 launches. A great example of how technical golf apparel can be worn both on and off the course looking great in both scenarios. The item has a really clean finish, available in seven colourways all with a clean single peice of branding just below the collar on the back of the shirt.

The performance mesh fabric is a standout feature, delivering exceptional breathability that makes a real difference on warm days. The whole item is very light, soft to wear and rounds together for a pleasant wearing experience.
The four way stretch construction allows for unrestrcited movement throughout your swing and the tailored fitting of the shirt adds to the stylish nature of the polo both on and off the course.
One of my favourites for this year, looks great, wearable on and off the course and is super comfortable.
PROS
- Stylish
- Wearable on and off the course
- Comfortable
CONS
- Premium price – stops me purchasing multiple colours!
RRP: £85 / $
Sizes: S-XXL
Colours: Blue forest / black / navy / white / dusk blue / iris mist and light willow

Peter Millar Cradle Pique Performance Crewneck

There is something about Peter Millar apparel that just sits and looks right – on me, anyway! Sometimes items look baggy or slightly the wrong size, but Peter Millar is made in such a way to make it look like it has been made to measure.
This crew neck pullover, if I am being honest, will probably get more use off the course than on. There is a formal/smart look to it and on returning home with it on my wife did comment how smart I looked, for a change!
I had no problems swinging and never felt restricted and if you wished to remove it mid round it is easily stored away in an apparel pocket.
This is an item for the golfer who wishes to look smart on and off the golf course!
PROS
- Great fit
- Good amount of stretch
- Not a ‘golf’ pullover – can be easily worn off and on course
CONS
- Quite a formal look
RRP: £125 / $155
Sizes: S-XXL
Colours: Almond, British grey, navy and snow pea

Peter Millar Merge Hybrid Jacket

This Merge jacket is another quality piece from Peter Millar, similar to the Fuse Hybrid Gilet. It’s well-made and designed with golfers in mind, fitting close enough to stay out of the way during your swing but with enough room for layering. As someone who does not normally like wearing a jacket when playing golf, this jacket presented no problems at all.
The insulated front panel is water-resistant and windproof, making it perfect for those in-between weather days.
The stretch knit back and sleeves give excellent mobility, so you won’t feel restricted. I also liked the inside pockets, which are handy for storing your phone or scorecard, and the included ball marker gift was a nice touch.
The only small downside was the zip, like with the gilet, it’s a bit fiddly to do up.
Overall, it’s a comfortable, versatile piece that performs well on the course and looks good too. A smart choice for those cooler, unpredictable days.
The price is premium, but the product really feels and looks quality.
PROS
- Looks great
- A great layering jacket – can be worn with gilet or not
- Good selection of pockets
- Nice touch with the ball marker gift
CONS
- As with the Fuse Hybrid gilet – zips a bit fiddly
RRP: £200 / $250
Sizes: S-XXL
Colours: Oslo Grey and sport navy

Peter Millar Fuse Hybrid Gilet

I really liked this gilet and is now my go to gilet for on the golf course.
It kept me warm without feeling bulky, thanks to the lightweight quilted front and stretchy knit back and shoulders that moved with me.
I appreciated the inside pockets, which were perfect for stashing my phone or scorecard, and the Peter Millar envelope with a ball marker was a nice touch.
It’s weather-resistant, so it handled a bit of wind and light rain well.
The only small issue, and maybe it was just me, was that the zip was a little fiddly to do up.
Overall, it was comfortable and functional, making it a great layer for cooler rounds.
It’s easy to care for too, just machine wash and tumble dry (on low).
A solid choice if you want warmth and mobility on the course.
PROS
- Warmth provided with little bulk
- Useful inside slip in pockets
- Easy care
- The Peter Millar ball marker gift is a nice touch
CONS
- Fiddly zip
RRP: £185 / $230
Sizes: S-XXL
Colours: Navy and windsor blue

Peter Millar Bingham Performance Shorts

I’ve worn these Peter Millar shorts on the course a few times and they’re up to the usual high standard you expect from the brand.
They’re incredibly comfortable, breathable, and stretchy, making them perfect for the more stocky golfer like myself. The fit is great and they move with you, not against you.
I noticed the two small zip pockets – one on the front and a horizontal one on the back – offering extra security, though I found the back one was plenty for my needs.
The quality feels premium, and I believe they’ll last much longer than cheaper options. The fabric is lightweight, doesn’t wrinkle, and keeps its shape well.
The £115 price tag might seem steep, but in my experience, Peter Millar’s durability and style make it worth it. These are versatile enough for golf or casual wear and are genuinely great shorts.
PROS
- Breathable
- Stretchy
- Zip pockets for extra security
CONS
- Premium price
RRP: £115 / $138
Sizes: 30-40
Colours: Almond, British grey, khaki, navy and truffle

Peter Millar Men’s Surge Performance Trouser

I’m a big fan of the Peter Millar trousers and have previously reviewed the EB66 model. In comparison, the surge performance have a stretchier fit and a more casual vibe. I found that they clung a bit more around the lower part of my legs. Since I have a stockier build, those with slimmer legs might experience a different fit.
There is no doubt that once again the comfort was there whilst playing golf but so is the premium price. As someone who struggles to find decent trousers, I find the Peter Millar price is worth paying as they last and are quality – on and off the course.
One of the standout features of any Peter Millar trousers is their versatility; the transition effortlessly from golf course to everyday wear, making them an excellent all-round choice.
PROS:
- Stretch
- Versatile
- Easy care – non-iron
CONS:
- Premium price
RRP: £135 / $185
Sizes: 30-44
Colours: Gale Grey / Navy / Oatmeal / Stone / White / Ocean Blue

Peter Millar EB66 Performance Trousers

As someone who has a tennis score trouser measurement – forty/thirty – I do struggle to find trousers that are a good fit. On the rare occasions trousers are found then I instantly become a convert to that brand. As such before trying on these trousers I did not expect much & just thought it would be a case of ‘here we go again’, breathe in & brace yourself for the tight squeeze. To cut a long story short I am now a fully signed up member of the Peter Millar fan club. Everything about these trousers shouts out quality & comfort.
The first thing that is noticeable when putting them on is the comfortable stretch aspect to them. This is ideal, if like me, you might have to take a number of differing stances as you move between fairway, trees & rough! The 5 pocket feature is a nice touch (two back, two front + a smaller pocket in the front right) even if the smaller pocket I personally would not really find a use for.
I would be more than happy to wear these off the course, be it social or even work.
The trousers come in a good variety of colours and sizes & though it is a premium price (£125) they are a quality product.
The only thing to note is that these are a non-iron & dry clean product that are to be washed on a cold setting.
PROS
- Comfortable stretch fit
- Versatile – can be worn on & off the course
- Good colour choice
CONS
- Premium price
RRP: £125 / $168
Sizes: 30-42 waist / 30-34 leg
Colours: check website
