When it comes to blending both classic and modern style, with performance on the golf course few brands do it better than Adidas.

They have become a staple on tour, worn most notably by Ludvig Aberg, Xander Schauffele and Collin Morakawa. Whether you’re grinding through 18 holes in all-weather conditions or just looking to add a touch of flair to your game-day fit, there’s a pair designed to meet your needs.
In this Best Adidas golf shoes 2026 guide, we’ve rounded up the very best Adidas golf shoes available today. From trainer-like golf shoes to spiked powerhouses we have tried and tested them all.
So, are you ready to upgrade your footwear and find the perfect fit? Let’s dive in and see which pair take your fancy…
Comfort is certainly king here. I think, on the whole, golf shoes are getting increasingly more comfortable each year and Adidas haven’t seem to have bucked this trend. The sportswear giant has equipped the Retrocross’ with ultralight Lightstrike cushioning underfoot, which makes tackling 18 holes a breeze.
As someone that has worn several pairs of Adidas shoes throughout his golfing career (career might be a push!), I was excited to see what the Tour360 25 spikeless edition would look like. As expected, they look the real deal, especially in the Cloud White / Core Black / Lucid Red colourway.
From the moment I took them out the box and then put on my feet I could feel just how light they were. They are designed to be an extremely lightweight option and these shoes certainly deliver on that front – definitely one of the lightest golf shoe I have worn.
Adidas states how these shoes are inspired by the 1970s aesthetic and they have very much nailed that. Golf fashion as a whole seems to be moving back to more traditional looks so the MC70s are very much on trend. The white leather upper feels firm and sturdy. This isn’t a synthetic leather it’s a genuine waterproof leather so it will soften with wear.
These are a great pair of golf shoes that combine a traditional style with comfort. They do a great job at supporting your feet when playing and made from quality materials they’re a great investment for any serious golfer.
I have owned my fair share of Adidas trainers in the past and these are not too dissimilar. You can be forgiven for thinking these are a regular pair of shoes at first glance. But, that is what I love about the Adidas Retrocross 25 spikes golf shoes. They can be worn anytime, anyplace including on the golf course.

Most importantly they perform fantastically. They are extremely comfortable and provide quality grip despite being spikeless. They also offer some protection from the elements with waterproof upper material. This may be the most fashionable golf shoe on the market currently.
The Adidas Tour360 25 spikeless shoe is the latest in the line of wonderful and comfortable golf shoes from the German manufacturer.
Made from a leather upper to make them water resistant, but with a spikeless sole, these shoes can be used through pretty much all conditions.
Unlike other shoes in the Adidas range, such as the Retrocross 25, this is not a shoe that you would wear away from the course, as it just doesn’t have that trainer-look to it.
However, if you’re looking for a new golf shoe for the summer, then you can never go wrong with anything from the Adidas selection.
Straight out of the box, the Adidas Adipower 26 golf shoes take your breath away. They look great, and a golf shoe that is predominantly white is always bound to get you in the mood for summer golf. They look fresh, clean and stylish, and you can’t help but be excited to get them on.
The Adidas Adipower 26 shoe is mightily impressive. It is like wearing a pair of tanks on your feet. They are reliable, solid and grounded. As you swing your club, you can feel the spikes and the construction of the shoe working back upwards in your favour.
Stability is the key with them, and this is the main feeling I had out on the fairways.
A lot of golfers will be pleased that Adidas have put fresh life into the Adizero range. These definitely lived up to their famed reputation. They offered supreme comfort in a stylish yet understated design.
I experienced no problem with the traction. The spikeless sole worked well to keep me upright on the wet turf. Additionally, the waterproofing was without fault.
Something to note is that I found the golf shoes to be a little narrow. It may be worth your while to size up a half size as a precaution.
Pros:
Look great out the box and on the feet
Extremely lightweight
Waterproofing works well
Cons:
They were a touch tight so possibly worth thinking about sizing up

What is important when buying Golf shoes?
When buying new golf footwear its important to know what attributes or features you value the most before deciding on a brand or model to buy. For example, do you want spiked or spikeless shoes?
A lot of golfers think comfort is paramount when choosing a shoe, we are going to be standing in them for 3-5 hours right? Some golf shoes on the market have special insoles and cushioned mid-soles designed to keep your feet feeling fresh. Also it’s pretty common for golfers with wide feet to wear the wrong sized pair of golf shoes so its worth getting fit properly.

Grip is vital to good performance on the golf course as any foot slip in dry or wet conditions can not only cause the golf club to swing improperly but may also lead to an injury. Golfers need traction and stability.
Nearly all golf shoes will either be fully waterproof or offer some kind of water resistance, and this is important as real die-hard golfers play in every weather condition. Having wet feet for 4 hours is not and will never be fun so keeping the feet dry is important, this might even mean you need gore tex in the shoe.
How good the shoe looks is of course subjective to personal style, but is important to any player. Do you prefer an athletic-looking shoe, or are you more full grain leather traditional? Does your shoe offer on-course off-course style or do you want shoes purely for the course? Does the style of shoe you like have the best colour options for your golfing wardrobe?
Price is the last factor to consider. With the models above we have tried to find shoes at all different price points so if you want a shoe at a lower cost, you can get one. Or if you want to spend more, you can do that too. Importantly there is something for everyone.
What brands produce the best golf shoes?
All of the products that will end up featuring in the best golf shoes 2026 article are picked from the brands that offer what we believe to be the best shoes on the market.
Do any pros wear spikeless golf shoes on tour?
As you will see on TV when watching the PGA, LPGA & DP World Tour, professionals wear both spiked and spikeless golf shoes, depending on their preference.
Some tour players are looking for extra stability and grip for maximum power creation that a spiked golf shoe might offer, and others are looking for the comfort and style that spikeless golf shoes offer. Some tour players prefer a running shoe style, and others a traditional classic leather shoe; there really isn’t a hard or fast rule as to what tour players wear.
A bit of a late bloomer to the game of golf, Max fell in love with the sport when he attended Saturday coaching sessions down at his local golf club after being inspired by friends and family members.
Max has remained a member of Eden Golf Club in Carlisle for a number of years now as he looks to get his handicap down into single figures. Most of his golfing career has been spent battling a permanent slice off the tee, which has led to some ugly rounds.
Having studied at the University of Sunderland, Max is starting out his dream career in sports journalism. During his time at university, he picked up valuable work experience at Reach PLC, BBC Radio Cumbria and GiveMeSport, whilst also getting work published in the Teesside Live. He also spent time working at a local weekly newspaper, Eskdale and Liddesdale Advertiser, as a general news reporter partially covering some local sport just north of the border in Langholm.
Max has just started his journey with the NCG working as the assistant equipment editor. He looks forwarded to reviewing the latest golf equipment, taking up an interest in reviews when buying his first golf club, a Cleveland RTX wedge.
With his bag not going under too many changes throughout the last few years, Max carries an M3 driver, Titleist GT3 Fairway Wood, M2 hybrid, a set of M2 irons, Callaway Jaws wedges and a TaylorMade Spider putter. And yes, Max is a bit of a self-proclaimed TaylorMade fan boy.
As I have already alluded to, comfort and stability is at the centre of the design here. The Adipower sole is shaped and configured to give you traction in every step you take on the golf course.
Adidas has nailed that styling here. It leans more towards a modern athletic sneaker than a traditional golf shoe, which certainly is not a bad thing.
With that, the casual, wearable look makes it just as comfortable off the course as it is on it. Saying all this, I do think it still retains a classic edge that will appeal to more traditional golfers.
Putting the MC70s on I was skeptical about how comfortable they would be straight out on the box and onto the golf course. I was brave and headed out for a full round but thankfully they were comfortable.
