Alex Noren had a stellar 2025 which saw him return to the sort of form that helped him to claim a Ryder Cup spot in 2018. His good spell of form included him picking up his second British Masters victory after pipping Nicolai Hojgaard to the title.
The Swede first won the title in 2016 and a final round of 67 was enough to hold off the young Norwegian last season to claim a one shot victory.
He then won the BMW PGA Championship a month later. This was Noren’s 11th and 12th win respectively on the European Tour. It helped end a 7-year drought on the DP World Tour, where he won he last tasted victory the French Open at Le Golf National in 2018.
The 43-year-old is very much a seasoned professional now and has had a glittering career which includes a Ryder Cup appearance for Team Europe in 2018. He helped his side defeat the USA in Paris, 17 1/2 to 10 1/2.

Noren is a Callaway staffer, with his full bag consisting of the brand. He has played with Callaway clubs for a number of years now, but has made a few changes and tweaks for the 2026 season. Let’s take a closer look at the clubs Noren used on his way to victory at The Belfry…
A look inside Alex Noren’s bag
After an extremely solid season in 2025, Noren has chosen to keep the majority of his bag unchanged for this year. He continues to use the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Max D driver in his bag, a surprising move that has seen him hold off on the newer Elyte and Quantum ranges. His driver is set at 9° of loft, which is fairly standard for most tour players.
To complete the top end of his bag, the Swede plays with either one or two fairway woods depending on the week/course. He uses a Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke TD 3-wood and a Callaway Prototype 5-wood in rotation. Noren opts to play fairway woods over longer irons or even a mini driver, which have become increasingly popular.

His irons consist of a full set of the newer Callaway Apex TCB irons. From a 4-iron to a pitching wedge, Noren uses the same type of Callaway irons which sways from the norm of tour players using split sets.
New for 2025 are the Callaway Opus SP wedges, which Noren has put straight into his bag. He carries four versions of these wedges, a 46°, 50°, 56° and 60°.

His putter of choice is an Odyssey O-Works 1W and 12-time European Tour winner opts for the Callaway Chrome Tour golf ball.
