I am a big fan of a gilet and think it is a must for any golfer. I had reservations that the puffer vest, as the name suggests, may be clunky and restrictive. This was not the case.
The Interlude Puffer Vest is lightweight, stylish and a great fit.
Worn over a thin jumper, I was impressed with the additional warmth that the Interlude Puffer Vest provided. Given the style I thought it may compromise on performance but it provided as much warmth as any other gilet I have worn.
The full zip makes it easy to add or discard the additional layer as you wish and I particularly like the pockets which are not zipped and ideal for keeping your hands warm between shots.
My primary reason for suggesting all golfers should own a gilet is that they provide no restriction at all to your golf swing and the Interlude Puffer Vest is no different. Even when fully zipped it does not impede on the feel or movement.
I love a gilet, though to date have yet to find one that I would wear both on and off the course. Most are quite clearly golf garments but the Interlude Puffer Vest blends style and performance and transitions from on course to off course seamlessly.
