Harry Kane is on the long list of top footballers who love playing golf in their spare time.

Gareth Bale, Alan Shearer, Jamie Redknapp, Ruud Gullit, and Robbie Fowler are just some of the footballers that frequent the celebrity pro am scene, so Kane is not alone in his exploits on the fairways.

The England and Bayern Munich star has made his passion for golf no secret in recent years. He has appeared taking on celebrity golf challenges with tour players, playing with England and Munich players and also playing with YouTube golf star Rick Shiels.

His appearance on the golf scene has somewhat coincided with Andy Murray’s introduction into the celebrity golf game. Murray starred at the BMW PGA Championship Pro Am at Wentworth in 2024, as did Bale, so it wouldn’t be a shock if we were to see Kane play in one of these events in the near future.

Kane says he hasn’t played in the Wentworth Pro Am yet due to his football commitments, but the West Course at Wentworth is one of his favourite golf courses.

He is also a member at Beaverbrook and Queenwood which are two of the most exclusive golf clubs in England.

He can more than hold his own too. Kane plays off a 3 handicap and this is no surprise when you discover the national team captain’s stock yardages which were revealed in a video with his apparel partner Reflo.

In 2024, in a video with fellow Reflo ambassador and YouTube’s Andy Carter, Kane revealed that he plays with the TaylorMade P790s in his 3 and 4 irons, as he likes the cavity backs and using them off the tee when he doesn’t use his driver.

Throughout the rest of his bag, Kane uses the TaylorMade P7MCs as he likes the increased control. In terms of his wedges, Kane uses a 46-degree wedge as he likes the thinner look of this club as opposed to the thicker appearance of a pitching wedge.

Kane says he isn’t a huge fan of hitting his 3 wood off the tee. He would usually use a 3-iron off the tee if he wasn’t using his driver. In fact, the former Tottenham forward said the 3 wood is his least favourite club.

Kane has a TaylorMade Stealth driver and 3 wood.
