Puma Golf apparel 2021: Palm Tree Crew

A collaboration between Fowler and Norwegian DJ Kygo probably wasn’t what you expected to see here. The two are actually long-time friends with Kygo himself being an avid golfer.

The designs are inspired by the jet-setting lifestyle of the DJs, athletes and musicians that represent the Palm Tree Crew. It is about representing people who continuously chase their bold dreams with a quiet confidence and dedication to their craft. Puma Golf and PTC gear want this range to give you the swagger and spirit to chase your dreams, whatever they are.

The range brings laidback tropical vibes to the course in silhouettes that are fresh and modern with a fashion-forward feel. The fabrics aim to perform on the course yet deliver comfort and style for everyday life. A deep navy blazer colourway and bright gold hits elevate the collection, with each piece featuring the iconic Puma cat and Palm Tree Crew logo.

The collection includes polos, shorts, caps, shoes, and a one-of-a-kind Cobra Radspeed Palm Tree Crew Driver. This limited-edition version comes in a striking navy and gold colourway with the Palm Tree logo on the toe. The driver also includes a custom Cobra x PTC headcover, an ultra-premium Fujikura Speeder VII 661 shaft for X and S flex, and the 569 shaft for R flex.

“I’ve known Kygo has been part of the Palm Tree Crew for a while now,” Fowler explained. “Puma and I have been together since the beginning.

“I worked with both teams to help create a cool collection that will make golfers feel like they’re a part of the Crew. This collab brings two of my worlds together. I couldn’t be happier. We nailed it.”

Puma Golf apparel 2021: The First Mile Collection

Puma, like many brands in golf, are constantly looking at ways to become more sustainable. The First Line collection originally launched at the PGA Tour’s Waste Management Phoenix Open as Puma partnered with First Mile – an organisation that turns plastic bottles into jobs, fabric and stuff people love. (In this case – golf apparel.)

Plastic bottles collected are sorted, cleaned, shredded, and turned into yarn that is then used to create products with purpose. If you’re interested, three recycled plastic bottles can create one polo.

The t-shirts, polos and quarter zips in this range feature a unique reflective print. You can take a photo with flash on your phone to see the reflective element come to life. The collection also features caps from recycled materials and a limited edition Vessel bag.

RRP: From £35

Puma Golf apparel 2021: LE API

This limited-edition collection pays homage to the life and career of Arnold Palmer. It features a wide array of apparel and accessories decorated with the iconic umbrella logo as well as an Arnold Palmer Iced Tea graphic.

The range features caps, three styles of golf shoes, polos and vessel tour and stand bag offerings.

RRP: From £25

Puma Golf apparel 2021: Anything else?

Puma have expanded their tour staff line-up for 2021.

As well as DeChambeau, Fowler and Thompson, Puma have added LET star Olivia Cowan, European Tour pro Ewan Ferguson, and LET pro and Sky Sports broadcaster Inci Mehmet.
