TaylorMade has expanded its milled putter line-up with the launch of the SYSTM2 range. The brand believes that these putters are designed to blend traditional shaping with modern precision.

The brand has built out a comprehensive line-up to ensure there’s something for every stroke type.

Blade Models

The Soto is a very traditional and classical looking blade, a rarity in modern golf club design. It features soft, flowing lines and rounded bumpers, to give it this appearance.

I’d imagine it is likely to appeal to golfers who favour a clean look behind the ball and a more natural release through impact.

Juno offers a slightly sharper aesthetic, with more squared-off back bumpers. Looking at similar models, it’s a shape that tends to suit players who prefer a more structured look at address. This tends to help better the alignment capabilities.

The Del Monte is the most forgiving of the blade options. Its wide-body design pushes weight further back, increasing MOI and stability but it still retains a blade-style profile.

A viable alternative to stop the mass migration of golfers opting for mallets over blades because of their increased forgiveness.
