There were five years between Tony Finau’s first and second PGA Tour victories.
After winning the Puerto Rico Open in 2016, the popular American didn’t re-enter the winner’s circle until the Northern Trust in 2021.
But the floodgates have somewhat opened since. He is a six-time winner on the PGA Tour, but that major championship victory has continued to allude to him.
A look inside Tony Finau’s bag
The fast-swinging Finau carries a Ping G425 LST Plus driver before switching to the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond T model in his 3-wood.
He then transitions into his trusty Nike Vapor Fly Pro 3-iron. He then has a full set of Ping Blueprint irons in the bag.
He carries a Ping Glide 4.0 wedge, a Ping S159 wedge and a Titleist Vokey Design WedgeWorks Proto lob wedge. Finau rounds out his bag with a Ping PLD Anser 2D Proto putter and the Titleist Pro V1 golf ball.
