Wyndham Clark came to the fore on the PGA Tour in 2023, with two victories, including a first major title.

Clark spent his collegiate career between Oklahoma State University and the University of Oregon. During his amateur years, he finished T9 in the stroke play portion of the US Amateur Championship and then won the Pac-12 Conference Championship in 2016.

He turned professional in 2017, finishing inside the top 25 at the Web.com Tour Qualifying earning his card for the 2018 season. He would then make the jump to the PGA Tour for the 2019 season, and a year later, finished runner-up at the Bermuda Championship in a play-off.

His breakout year came in 2023, when he claimed his first PGA Tour title. He was the victor at the Wells Fargo Championship, and then a month later, Clark secured a maiden major win with victory at the US Open at Los Angeles Country Club. Those performances pushed him into the six automatic qualifiers for the Ryder Cup in Rome, and he made his debut for the American team at Marco Simone.
