Justin Rose’s current caddie is Mark Fulcher, one of the most respected and recognisable loopers on tour.
He was born in April 1965 and is married to Adrienne. They reportedly live in Palm Beach Gardens in the United States.
Fulcher and Rose first joined forces in 2008, beginning a partnership that would deliver some of the most memorable achievements of Rose’s career.
Together, they captured the 2013 US Open at Merion, Rose’s first and only major championship so far, beating the likes of Phil Mickelson, Jason Day and Hunter Mahan in the process.
They also won the gold medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Fulcher was also on the bag when Rose reached World No.1 in early 2019, a milestone that marked the peak of his consistency. Since Sir Nick Faldo, Rose has largely been England’s best golfer, with the likes of Luke Donald and Lee Westwood part of the argument too.
The more you see of this duo sharing the fairways, having a laugh and enjoying success, it is clear that their relationship has always been one built on deep trust and mutual respect.

Justin Rose caddie: Meet Mark Fulcher
Between 2008 and 2019, Rose won 10 times on the PGA Tour, which included wins at the Memorial Tournament and what used to be called the Cadillac Championship.
Their partnership was interrupted in 2019 when Fulcher underwent heart surgery to repair a mitral valve and was advised to take an indefinite leave from caddying. It was a major setback for both men, as their on-course connection had been integral to Rose’s success.
His condition was discovered after he fell ill and had to leave after 13 holes of the pro-am at the BNI Indonesian Masters. His girlfriend and Rose’s wife Kate, encouraged him to seek a doctor.

During Fulcher’s absence, Rose turned to a handful of experienced caddies to fill the void, such as Gareth Lord, who stepped in to work with Rose at several events in 2019. He also worked with David Clark and Josh Cassell.
In the years when they didn’t work together, Fooch carried for Paul Casey, Francesco Molinari and Billy Horschel. He also used to caddie for Dame Laura Davies. Fooch won the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth with Horschel in 2021, an event he has now won twice in his career.
But he and Rose reunited in September 2023, the same month when Rose played for Europe for the sixth time at a Ryder Cup.
Their first event back together had been the BMW PGA Championship at Wentowth before that Ryder Cup in Italy. The biennial battle with the USA has formed many great memories for Rose and Fooch, and he has been one of Europe’s great Ryder Cuppers of his generation. He also played a huge role in Europe’s win at the 2025 Ryder Cup in New York.
