Tyrrell Hatton has become one of the best players in the world in recent years, flying the flag for England on the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour.
He won for the first time on the DP World Tour at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in 2016. This is a tournament he has gone on to excel at by winning three times, again in 2017 and 2024.
Hatton has won seven times altogether on the DP World Tour and somewhat graduated to the PGA Tour in 2020 when he won the prestigious Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill in Florida.
By his side for a considerable amount of time now has been his wife Emily Braisher and interestingly spent her time blogging to begin with while following Hatton around the world on various golf tours.
The blog is called ‘Wife on Tour’ in which she documents her travels with her husband as he has also played his trade fairly regularly at the majors since 2017. He has six top 10s but no major wins yet.

Tyrrell Hatton: LIV Golf debut win celebrated with wife Emily
“‘The ‘WAG’ lifestyle can come across as nothing short of glamour and bliss, but in reality being away from home and living out of a suitcase can be really tough at times’,” Braisher has previously said.
Hatton, as well as many hundreds of other professionals, have clocked up many miles in their pursuit of trophies and prize money.
In terms of marriage, the pair got engaged in 2019 and they officially tied the knot in Asheville in North California in 2021. “The day wasn’t very smooth,” Hatton has since revealed.
“Our driver turned up an hour late, so that meant we arrived half an hour late for our ceremony, and then because we wanted it in the Blue Ridge Parkway, and we wanted to hike up and have some nice pictures.

“Unfortunately, after finishing the ceremony, it absolutely pissed down with rain, and we then had to drive like two miles down the road, pulled over in a lay by, and we had our wedding pictures on the side of the road. So, yeah, not quite as magical as you’d plan it, I guess, but it was still pretty special.”
The pair took a brand new route at the start of 2024 when Hatton signed for LIV Golf, the Saudi-funded circuit that has shaken up the sport since its inception in 2022. He won for the first time on this circuit in Nashville in June, 2024.
Emily was on hand to celebrate this win with Hatton and the pair were also pictured together at Wimbledon in the summer of 2024.
Hatton joined the breakaway league shortly after his Team Europe Ryder Cup teammate Jon Rahm. They both play for Legion XIII and have had good success in the first year of the team’s existence.
Hatton played in his fourth consecutive Ryder Cup in 2025, and as the event’s tradition goes, Hatton attended the gala dinner before the action started with Emily and the rest of his teammates and their partners as well.
