Cheyenne Knight is a two-time winner on the LPGA Tour and a member of Team USA’s Solheim Cup team.

Knight was born in Texas in 1997, and soon got into the game thanks to her father Gene. The pair continue to play golf together whenever they get the chance. She went on to play collegiate golf at the University of Alabama, and was a three-time All-American and the 2017 SEC Player of the Year.

Her first LPGA Tour victory came in 2019, with Knight winning by two shots from Brittany Altomare and Jaye Marie Green at the Volunteers of America Classic. She had to wait four years for her next title, which came alongside Elizabeth Szokol at the Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational.

Thanks to her performances over the two years prior, Team USA captain Stacy Lewis selected Knight as one of her captain’s picks for the Solheim Cup in Andalucia. It was Knight’s debut in the competition.
