After an incredible season of the PGA Tour, which saw Ben Griffin claim two PGA victories and reach the Tour Championship, the American was Keegan Bradley’s third pick for the 2025 Ryder Cup. Griffin’s two victories came at the Charles Schwab Challenge and the Zurich Classic of New Orleans.

2025 was a real standout season for Griffin. He has more than earned his place of the USA Ryder Cup team. The two victories were the first he had won on the PGA Tour in his career, which has helped catapult him into the top 20 of the world rankings.

Here is a closer look at the golf clubs the 29-year-old used to help him pick up his maiden victories…

A look inside Ben Griffin’s bag

Although Ben Griffin is a Mizuno staffer, the top end of his bag especially is a mix of a variety of different golf club brands. He opts to use the Ping G430 Max 10k driver and is yet to swap it out for the newer G440 model.

To round off his woods he has a TaylorMade Qi10 3-wood in his bag. Unlike other players on tour, Griffin opts to go with a number of utility irons instead of a more detailed fairway wood set-up. The utility irons are indeed the first Mizuno clubs he games, playing a Mizuno Pro Fli Hi 2-iron and a Mizuno JPX 923 Tour 3-iron.

The rest of his iron set-up consist of a set of Mizuno Pro S3. His Mizuno Pro S3 irons range from a 4-iron to a pitching wedge.

The Ryder Cup rookie has a range of different wedges in his bag. He uses a 52° Mizuno Pro T1 wedge, and two TaylorMade wedges. Griffin has opted to game the new TaylorMade MG5 Wedge in a 60° and a 56° TaylorMade Proto wedge.

His short game set-up is rounded of with a Scotty Cameron Concept 2 Tour Prototype putter. He also use the Maxfli Tour X golf ball, a brand which he has been signed too since 2024.
