Andrea Lee is one of the newest LPGA Tour winners, having claimed her maiden win in 2022, ahead of her Solheim Cup debut a year later.

The American played collegiate golf at Stanford University, and was one of the best amateur golfers of the decade. She spent a total of 17 weeks at No.1 on the World Amateur Golf Rankings. During her time at college, she became the most decorated golfer in Stanford history, setting a school record with nine individual titles. Lee won several individual accolades for her performances over her four-year stint.

Her professional career began in late 2019, and she immediately qualified for an LPGA Tour card for the next year. She had to wait until 2022 for her first victory. That came at the Casino Del Sol Golf Classic on the Epsom Tour, before she then won on the LPGA Tour five months later, victorious at the Portland Classic.

Lee made her debut in the Solheim Cup in 2023, as one of Stacy Lewis’ captain’s picks for the competition. Lee had previously played in the Junior Ryder Cup, Junior Solheim Cup and Curtis Cup for Team USA. Her best major finish came at the 2024 US Women’s Open, where she finished in a tie for 3rd.
