Is this the greatest sand save of all time?
Let’s face it, no one likes having to get up and down from a bunker to make par but when you successfully do it, it’s a pretty good feeling.
However, some sand saves are better than others, aren’t they?
Pin positions, bunker depth, lie of the ball – all of these things are going to ultimately affect just how good the save is from a certain position.
At the 2020 American Express on the PGA Tour, Chez Reavie could well have trumped us all and produced the best sand save of all time.
During his first round at PGA West, Reavie found the unique and thoroughly terrifying bunker to the left of the green.
Of course, as most of these pros do, he made it all look way too easy…
