What’s in Reed’s winning bag?
NOTE: Below is Patrick Reed’s WITB for 2019. Click here to see what he’s gaming in 2020.
Patrick Reed WITB 2019. As a free agent, (he does have a Nike clothes and shoe deal) Reed can use whatever equipment he likes, I always think it is particularly interesting to see what pros in this position choose to game.
So let’s take a look in the American’s bag…
What’s in Reed’s bag?
Reed opts for the Ping G400 LST driver which is one of four models within the G400 range.
After this he chooses to carry the TaylorMade M5 3-wood and a Titleist U-500 driving iron.
Reed was previously a Callaway staff player and has chosen to keep Callaway irons in his bag. He carries the Callaway Razr X MB iron model from 5-iron to pitching wedge and a Callaway X Forged CB 4-iron.
Reed carries three wedges, an Artisan Prototype 51 degree wedge, then two Titleist Vokey SM7’s in his 56 and 60 degree wedge.
He has ditched the Odyssey putter he used to claim his green jacket in 2016, instead opting for a Scotty Cameron Prototype putter.
Reed was seen testing the Srixon Z-Star golf ball early in the season but has switched back to a Titleist Pro V1 golf ball.
