Marcus Kinhult WITB 2019
Marcus Kinhult WITB 2019. After four missed cuts in his previous four starts Marcus Kinhult claimed his first European Tour Victory at the British Masters. A birdie, birdie finish saw Kinhult secure a one stroke victory over Englishmen Eddie Pepperell and Matt Wallace.
Kinhult doesn’t currently have an equipment deal but chooses to put a lot of Ping equipment in play.
We take a look inside the Swede’s bag.
What’s in Kinhult’s bag?
Kinhult had the Ping G400 LST driver in play at the British Masters. The LST model is designed to produce low spin, perfect for the windy links conditions at Hillside.
In his fairway wood set-up Kinhult has a Titleist 917 F3 3-wood. He also carries a Ping G25 5-wood to complete his long-game set-up.
Kinhult has the Ping S55 irons in his bag from three iron down to pitching wedge.
For his wedge set-up Kinhult chooses to carry the Ping Glide 2.0 wedges in 52 and 58 degrees of loft.
Kinhult’s bag is rounded out with the Odyssey Works Versa 2-Ball Fang putter which he has had in the bag since his amateur golfing days.
He also has the Titleist Pro V1x golf ball in play.
