From the moment I picked up the SeeMore FGP, it’s evident that this putter was different. Its minimalist design, coupled with a centre-shafted build, sets it apart from many I have tested before.
I think the black shaft, white alignment line, and compact head design are clean and purposeful. What strikes you immediately is the simplicity of the RifleScope alignment system, two white lines flanking a red dot that disappears when you are correctly positioned over the ball. The FGP excels in short to mid-range putts, largely due to the RST system promoting a square face through impact. During my testing, it became apparent to me that when the red dot is hidden, putts roll true with minimal side spin. Longer putts
However when it came to long putts, I found there to be a slight drop in performance when struck off-centre. The feedback is more noticeable compared to some modern mallet designs, but for those who prioritise accuracy over forgiveness, the FGP remains a strong contender.
