There is a reason FootJoy are the market leaders when it comes to golf shoes. And there is a reason it seems almost every on tour are wearing the Pro/SL.
Most stylish: Adidas Forgefiber BOA
Just when I thought the Tour 360 was the best-looking golf shoe I’d ever seen, a pair of the Adidas Forgefiber land on my desk. These shoes are not only great looking, but comfortable and durable, too.
Most comfortable: Skechers Go Golf Mojo punch
These shoes are incredibly comfortable, more akin to a soft pair of trainers than golf shoes. Light and flexible, that felt as comfortable at the end of my round as at the beginning.

Best overall: Ecco Biom Cool Pro
I’ve had these out in all sorts of weather and course conditions and without fail, performance was excellent.
The biggest takeaway for me though, was the style and comfort. I can’t emphasise enough how comfortable these are – it was as if they had been moulded to my feet. And I’m a big fan of the style too.
