Titleist 2025 T-Series Irons: The Technology
Titleist has unveiled its latest evolution of the T-Series irons, delivering a finely engineered blend of speed, control, and feel that caters to both elite players and serious amateurs. Built in close collaboration with Tour professionals, the updated T-Series range introduces a series of new technological features.
At the heart of the new lineup is Max Impact Technology. This is a striking design enhancement that is designed to enhance the optimal ball speed across the entire face. Titleist believe it’s a subtle yet powerful change that ensures better distance on every strike, especially mishits. They have also preserved that crisp feel and sound that Titleist irons are loved for, thanks to a polymer core embedded behind the face.
The use of Split High-Density Tungsten remains a central feature. Titleist have precisely positioned D18 tungsten to amplify stability. It also dials in the centre of gravity, delivering exceptional forgiveness without compromising the forged feel. As a result golfers are able to access consistent performance, even on off-centre hits.
Turf interaction has been another point of focus in the developed of the new Titleist T-Series irons. Developed in partnership with the Vokey Design team, the Variable Bounce Sole offers more toe relief and a refined trailing edge. Better turf interaction from a variety of lies is therefore promoted.

A key visual change comes in the form of a Seamless Design. Each model in the T-Series has to give players the ability to blend different irons into one cohesive set without any visual disruption.
Performance upgrades continue throughout the set. In the long irons, Titleist has reworked the centre of gravity to sit lower, making it easier to launch higher shots with more stopping power. The Progressive Groove Design sees more aggressive grooves introduced into the mid and short irons to maintain spin and distance control from tricky lies, particularly in wet or rough conditions. Titleist’s Progressive Dual-Cavity Construction deepens the top cavity as you move up the set, helping to optimise both launch and spin. This ensures long irons fly higher and stay stable, while the shorter irons deliver the spin and precision needed for scoring.
To further enhance consistency across the face, a newly improved Variable Face Thickness, VFT, design helps maintain dependable launch, spin, speed, and carry regardless of where the ball is struck. Meanwhile, the Forged L-Face design has been reengineered to optimise ball speed and spin on low-face impacts, with unique tapering features in models like the T250 and T350 providing enhanced full-face performance.

The Titleist 2025 T-Series irons range features seven models: Titliest T100 Forged Irons , Titleist T150, Titleist T250, Titleist T250* Launch Spec Irons , Titleist T250•U, Titleist T350 and Titleist U•505 irons.
Titliest T100 Forged
Looks: A pure player’s look with pinpoint control and buttery feel through impact.
Main Attributes: The T100 remains the flagship players’ iron from Titleist. For 2025, it features a fully forged design with a refined Variable Bounce Sole, improved groove structure, and a lower CG in the 3- and 4-irons to increase launch and carry. A new Variable Face Thickness, VFT, face helps maintain speed across the face.
Who is it for?: Golfers who crave ultimate precision, control, and buttery forged feel.
Titleist T150
Looks: Forged into a classic, player’s shaping with a slightly larger head than the T100 irons for enhanced confidence.
Main Attributes: A slightly larger head than the T100 and 1° stronger lofts offer more confidence and ball speed. The larger head size results in increased stability. However, it is still forged, as the T150 incorporates the same sole features and VFT tech for consistent launch and spin.

Titleist T250
Looks: Sleek, player-inspired design with a slightly more forgiving shape. Titleist say this is their cleanest looking irons yet.
Main Attributes: This replaces the previous T200 and offers an all-steel construction with a forged L-Face insert and V-taper design. Includes advanced technologies like Max Impact for better carry and tighter dispersion.
Who is it for?: Golfers looking for a more forgiving looking irons that are easier to hit, delivering strong distances and plenty of forgiveness.
Titleist T250* Launch Spec Irons
Looks: Same clean look as the T250 but are equipped with lighter heads and more loft.
Main Attributes: They are engineered to be, in the words of Titliest, lightweight, powerful and pure. The T250* Launch Spec irons give golfers the ultimate combination of raw speed, high launch, stability, and consistency.
Who is it for?: Golfers with slower swing speeds or those who would benefit from easier launch and a higher flight.
Titleist T250•U
Looks: Utility performance in a more forgiving shape.
Main Attributes: The utility version of the T250 adds a graphite-friendly build while keeping the steel construction and clean lines. The design is very much focused on promoting versatility from tee or turf.
