Just when you thought Puma couldn’t possibly up their game after the RS-G and Alphacat, say hello to the latest edition of the ProAdapt range.

The Puma ProAdapt Delta Mid golf shoes – stylised to PROADAPT Δ MID because, well, why not? – were designed in collaboration with PGA Tour star and style icon Rickie Fowler.

Here’s what you need to know…

Puma ProAdapt Delta Mid: The technology

The ProAdapt Delta Mid shoes feature a premium full-grain leather upper with a fashion-inspired mid-cut height for those who really want to make a statement at their club.

The raised collar not only looks great but adds support around the ankles to help stabilise your swing.

It’s all on top of the ProAdapt cleated outsole with what Puma call ‘flex grooves’ to improve natural movement and comfort.

The shoe’s midsole also features proprietary Adapt Foam cushioning in the heel for what they are saying is an “unparalleled energy return with every step and swing”

Elsewhere, a topline chassis wraps around the heel for stability, while the Dual Durometer Tornado spikes with four PwrAdapt pods in the heel interact with the Adapt Foam independently for added traction and support, while a new ProAdapt Last and insole offer enhanced comfort.

The ProAdapt Delta Mid golf shoes also come with a one-year waterproof guarantee.
