Best blade putters 2019 – Scotty Cameron Newport Select
Titleist say Scotty has focussed on the sight, sound and sole of the 2018 Select models.
The Newport 2 had a full-scale design overhaul which included significant but subtle changes to take the design and performance to the next level.
Scotty has refined the topline radius milling for a slightly thinner appearance at address and has honed in the neck dimensions and edges for a cleaner, squarer look.
The sole contains a four-way sole balancing which has been engineered to account for the weight of the shaft and grip. This has been done by subtly redistributing the sole’s balance point.
There’s a number of customisable options on the putter and you can have it personalised with a special grip, headvcover, stamp, paintfill, shaft, sight line and more.
