We get asked these quite a lot…
How do you decide the winner(s)?
Every single entrant is numbered in our competition system, and we use an online random number generator.
How do I know if I won?
We will send you an email. So if you enter, make sure you use an email address you check regularly. If a winner doesn’t reply within one week, we will pick someone else.
Why do you only contact the winners?
All of our competitions get thousands of entries. It would take about three full-time members of staff to contact every single person. And no one likes getting bad news.
Are the prizes real?
Of course. We work closely with chosen partners to ensure we can offer you some great prizes, and they all go to someone picked completely at random.
If I win, how do I get my prize?
We will email the winner and, on confirmation of receipt, make arrangements for the prize to be delivered.
Which competitions are currently open?
OK, we don’t ever get asked this, but it’s a good excuse to share our competitions page.
