J.Lindeberg Women’s Noomi Dress
J.Lindeberg rarely disappoints when it comes to stylish golf clothing and this dress is no exception. I was sent a size Medium to review and, as a size 12, I would definitely have been better in a Large. It was a little too snug for me, but I still wanted to review it because I genuinely love the design.
What immediately caught my eye was the striped collar and the beautiful pleated skirt detail. It gives the dress a much more fashionable look than many traditional golf dresses and creates a really flattering shape. I tend to avoid golf dresses as they often hang quite straight on me, but this design is much more feminine and gives definition around the waist.
It’s packed with practical features too. There’s a discreet zipped pocket at the back for valuables, while the integrated shorts have handy pockets that are perfect for tees, a ball marker or your phone.
The fabric is lightweight, comfortable and allows plenty of freedom of movement throughout the swing. In the correct size, I know this would become one of my favourite outfits to wear on the course.
As always with J.Lindeberg, the styling feels modern, premium and effortlessly cool. In fact, my daughter has already tried to claim it for herself, which probably tells you everything you need to know!

Glenmuir Victoria – Ladies Zip Collar Printed Golf Dress
I don’t usually wear dresses for golf – in fact, this is the first one I’ve ever tried, but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this is to play in.
The fit is easy and relaxed, and the fabric has enough stretch to move freely through your swing. The separate shorts are a real plus too, they stay in place and don’t ride up, which makes a big difference when you’re walking the course.
I like the zip collar, which you can adjust depending on how you want it to sit, and the sleeves are great if you prefer a bit more coverage on your arms. The length is spot on as well, no concerns when bending or taking a shot.
My only slight hesitation with golf dresses in general is that they don’t always give much shape through the waist, and this is no exception. That said, it’s a really comfortable and practical option and they have lots of funky designs to choose from on the website, so if you love dresses this is great option and a good price.

Original Penguin Golf Dress
Out of the packet I really loved the design of this golf dress. The material is a stretchy and lightweight. Under the dress is a pair of shorts that can be attached to the dress with press studs but can also be easily removed.
I wore a small which is my standard size and really liked how it fit. I’m 5ft 9 and at sat at very respectable length. I found this very comfortable to move and play in. I felt very protected with the under shorts too.
I liked how there was two pockets on the outside as well as two on the under shorts. The design of this dress means that it could also be worn off the golf course, i would certainly wear this casually in summer.

Peter Millar Bingham Sleeveless Sport Dress
This is a very flattering golf dress. It’s an has interesting silky, being fairly thin yet very stretchy. This is a blend of 71% nylon and 29% spandex. The lightweight nature of the dress contains moisture wicking technology. I wore this dress in a medium which was on the bigger side. I tend to wear a small and so that would have been the perfect fit.
I’m 5ft 9 and liked that it sat at a respectable length. Out on the course it was very comfortable to wear. There are is shorts underneath that can be detached or press stud fastened on. These shorts have pockets which is very useful as well as two pockets at the front. Overall, a great golf dress with a cooling fabric that will be great for those warm summer rounds.

TravisMathew Moveknit Sleevless Polo Dress
I’ve tried quite a few golf dresses over the past couple of years, and this one really ticked a lot of boxes. First off, this is the only golf dress that I’ve tried with built in shorts aka there is no separate shorts that attach, the bottom is all one piece. I love this and it makes it a lot more comfortable to wear. At first I worried there was no pockets but these are hidden being in the shorts rather than the skirt.

The dress has a stretchy moveknit fabric. It’s sleeveless design still keeps a traditional collar neckline and floaty skort overly. I’m 5ft 9 and found the 16.5 skirt length to sit at a respectable length. I wore this dress in a small which was the perfect fitted style, this is my typical size and conforms to the size guide too. I love that this is a very casual piece and id happily wear it day to day in the summer months.

Ping Ciara Ladies Sleeveless Dress
This dress has quite a strong 60s-inspired feel to it, which makes it a bit different from your standard golf look. I had the Azure Geo print, while I’d probably lean towards the plain pink or navy personally, the shape and performance of the dress are what really matter on the course.
It’s really comfortable to play in. The length is spot on, and the detachable shorts make it feel secure and easy to move in without any worries when bending or swinging. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, so it works well over a full round.
I liked the fit too, it comes in slightly at the waist and flares out a little, which gives it more shape than some golf dresses. The modern collar and subtle piping add a nice bit of detail, and the pockets feel secure and practical.
It also packs down really well, so would be ideal for a golf holiday.
