A driver change at the top but any other tinkering? Here’s what the 2021 Open champion has in the bag for 2026…..
Collin Morikawa used TaylorMade equipment throughout his amateur career, so it was no surprise that he signed up with them after joining the professional ranks.
Morikawa now has six wins on the PGA Tour and four on the DP World Tour, including two majors, a WGC, a Race to Dubai and, of course, three Ryder Cup appearances. Let’s take a look at his bag…
Collin Morikawa WITB 2026
Morikawa’s TaylorMade set-up has changed moving into 2026, with the introduction of a new driver. At the top of the bag, he has put the TaylorMade Qi4D LS driver in. He has also swapped to the Qi4D model for his fairway woods.
He has an interesting iron set-up, with three of TaylorMade’s iron models are being utilised. He carries a TaylorMade PDHY 4 iron, P7CB 5 and 6 iron and P730 irons from 7-iron to pitching wedge.
Collin has tweaked his wedge set-up recently. He has swapped back into a full set of the new TaylorMade Milled Grind 5 wedges. He previously had the TW model in his lob wedge but has swapped this for the Milled Grind 4 Low bounce.
Although he has been testing a Spider Tour X putter he has swapped back into a TaylorMade Spider Tour V. He pairs this with the TaylorMade TP5x golf ball.

What clubs did Collin Morikawa have in play for his Open Championship debut and victory?
SIM was the name of the game, a TaylorMade SIM driver, 3-wood and SIM2 5-wood were his weapons of choice at the top of the bag.
He used a combo set of irons that included TaylorMade’s P770, P7MC and P730 irons. Collin then used a TaylorMade Milled Grind 2 gap wedge and two Vokey SM8s to round out his wedge set-up.
His TaylorMade TP Juno putter served him well on the greens as well as his TaylorMade TP5 golf ball.
