PXG is one of the leading golf club manufacturers. Their exciting new initiative allows PGA Professionals and golf clubs to earn risk-free commission on introducing customers to the brand.

PXG offers an exceptional programme that aims to support both PGA professionals and golf clubs across the UK.

The PXG Introducer Programme is a straightforward, risk-free way for golf clubs and professionals to earn commissions. It is also a chance for golf clubs and pros to provide their members with access to some of the finest golf equipment on the market combined with a top-tier experience.

Better still, there is zero requirement to commit to an investment in stock so there is no up-front cost.

Let’s take a closer look and get into the detail.

What is the PXG Introducer Programme?

• The PXG Introducer Programme is a simple yet compelling initiative aimed at empowering and supporting PGA Professionals and their golf clubs.

• The programme allows clubs and professionals to earn quarterly commissions on PXG sales to their members.

• There are no upfront costs or stock commitments are required.

• PXG themselves handle the fitting, sales and carry out the execution of all the orders a golf club or PGA pro may take or refer.

• Those who enrol in the programme will receive quarterly commissions paid straight into their bank accounts.

• Golfers benefit from an introduction to a brand that is ever increasing in popularity, already trusted by many serious players and continually making its presence on tour stronger.

CASE STUDY: “I have found the programme very easy to be part of”

Name: Mark Root

Role: Self-employed PGA Teaching Professional

Club: Chartham Park, West Sussex

One PGA Professional who has experienced the benefits of the PXG Introducer Programme first-hand is Mark Root, who is a self-employed PGA Teaching Professional at Chartham Park Golf Club. Root, who has been a PGA pro since 1991 and with well over three decades of experience in the golf industry, saw the programme as a unique opportunity to be a part of a premium brand that would benefit his clients.

“I saw the Introducer Programme from PXG advertised on LinkedIn and thought it looked like an interesting and exciting opportunity to partner with a growing brand within the golf industry,” Root said.

Currently, PXG is working with over 200 introducer accounts across the UK after launching just under a year ago. Some clubs are currently earning substantial commissions each quarter, as a reward on every sale.

Speaking about how he has been finding life working with PXG, Root acknowledged the professionalism of the staff.

“I personally offer a service to go with my client for their fitting, so i’m working with all the PXG staff from all departments which has been very fluid and easy. All the staff I have dealt with have been professional and very helpful to all my needs and those of my clients”

The process is straightforward. Golf clubs and professionals have the easy task of introducing golfers to PXG and the brand handles the rest. Whether it is clubs, apparel, bags, balls, gloves or other soft goods, every sale that includes the club’s account name is attributed back to the introducer.

PXG even supply marketing assets like banners and newsletters to help spread the word to members.

“I would highly recommend the programme to any PGA Professional”

At a time when more and more club golfers are looking to get fitted for their golf clubs to help maximise their performance out on the course, this is a great initiative for PGA Professionals and golf clubs to get involved in.

Root said: “I would highly recommend the PXG Programme to any PGA Professional. There is no stock to be held and it is just a phone call to make to book someone in, or even easier by booking via the online booking system that is available.

“The PXG brand is growing particularly fast in the UK. They make great clubs and have a story to tell. Why wouldn’t you want to be involved in it?” he said.

About the author

Max Mcvittie

A bit of a late bloomer to the game of golf, Max fell in love with the sport when he attended Saturday coaching sessions down at his local golf club after being inspired by friends and family members.

Max has remained a member of Eden Golf Club in Carlisle for a number of years now as he looks to get his handicap down into single figures. Most of his golfing career has been spent battling a permanent slice off the tee, which has led to some ugly rounds.

Having studied at the University of Sunderland, Max is starting out his dream career in sports journalism. During his time at university, he picked up valuable work experience at Reach PLC, BBC Radio Cumbria and GiveMeSport, whilst also getting work published in the Teesside Live. He also spent time working at a local weekly newspaper, Eskdale and Liddesdale Advertiser, as a general news reporter partially covering some local sport just north of the border in Langholm.

Max has just started his journey with the NCG working as the assistant equipment editor. He looks forwarded to reviewing the latest golf equipment, taking up an interest in reviews when buying his first golf club, a Cleveland RTX wedge.

With his bag not going under too many changes throughout the last few years, Max carries an M3 driver, Titleist GT3 Fairway Wood, M2 hybrid, a set of M2 irons, Callaway Jaws wedges and a TaylorMade Spider putter. And yes, Max is a bit of a self-proclaimed TaylorMade fan boy.
